Great stay in a central yet quiet location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and had everything you needed, including an iron and ironing board — a nice "homely" touch that you don't often find in hotels. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The food was impressively good: a nice breakfast buffet and a changing menu for dinner. The location was perfect: central yet quiet. Would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

Being very picky here: the bed was soft, but that is also a matter of personal preference.

Hôtel beau / bien situé mais dîner du soir pas terrible et service chambre pas top
Pros:

Très bonne situation , juste à côté bus menant aéroport et port de Bruges/ buffet petit déjeuner magnifique, bcp de choix/ chambre confortable

Cons:

Les repas du soir pas assez variés / nous avions signalé fuite d eau douche engendrant inondations à chaque douche mais on n est jamais venu la réparer , nous devions éponger nous même ./ jamais eu de passage en chambre pour nettoyer et ramasser poubelle ou ramasser vaisselle

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Localisation idéale pour du tourisme. Style art déco baroque début 20e siècle plutôt sympa, gouter et diner inclus : au vu des prix en Norvège, c'est très appréciable pour une famille. Salle de sport, sauna et hammam .

Tout était parfait
Pros:

Tout était parfait. L’emplacement de l’hôtel nous a permis de tout faire à pied.
La chambre était très bien ainsi que la demi-pension avec le buffet du petit déjeuner bien achalandé, un petit goûter de 15h à 17 h et le repas du soir simple mais efficace.
Petit plus pour le sol chauffant de la salle de bain

Cons:

Si il fallait dire quelque chose peut être le manque d’endroit où ranger ses affaires.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location: excellent value for money.
Pros:

Fantastic location near to all attractions. A very comfortable hotel with a beautiful reception area in which to relax. Reception staff were brilliant.
The breakfast, evening buffet meal and the afternoon tea/coffee/hot chocolate and sweet treats made the stay exceptionally good value and all were delicious.
The hotel’s dome could be accessed with a card key from reception, giving great views of Bergen. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike but a smart tv would have been appreciated to cast iPhone.

Excellent value and comfy hotel in prime Bryggen location
Pros:

Great location, nice decor, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and unusual bonus of a ‘light supper’ being available meaning you could eat a decent dinner in the hotel for free (which a large number of guests chose to do)

Cons:

Although I agree with not changing towels when guests stay for a few days, it was disappointing that our bed was not made each day and the room given a quick clean
