Pros:

Nice location and good breakfast buffet, with gluten-free products. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The reception desk was mostly manned by just one person and they also had to serve the bar...so there were long waiting times sometimes. More staff would be good.

Cet hôtel est PARFAIT ! Ultra bien situé (le bus de l’aéroport vous dépose au pied de la porte d’entrée). L’endroit est superbe, le personnel très souriant et professionnel. La nourriture est délicieuse, variée, la demi pension est un immense avantage à Bergen où la vie est très chère. Nous y étions pour notre lune de miel nous avons été reçus comme des rois. L’un des meilleurs hôtels que j’ai fait.

Great location, lovely building and very friendly, helpful staff. We loved going up to the tower to look out over Bergen. We enjoyed that breakfast, Fika and dinner were included with the price - great value for the location. Breakfast in particular was excellent.

Cons:

Room was a bit too small, we found it tricky to get dressed easily as there weren't good storage options so bags were on the floor.

Historic hotel in a wonderful location with meals included!
Pros:

Great location at Bryggen - so easy to explore Bergen from here. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the lounge area. The included meals were excellent - breakfast and dinner were good quality and very tasty, providing a great option for us to explore all day and relax in the evenings. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

To be really picky - there was fairly limited space on the bathroom bench!
