I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't provide at least shampoo as a bathroom amenity. It is always nice to know, when travelling far, that this is one less thing you have to pack, So, having to go to a pharmacy and buy it in Rome was a bit of an unwelcome annoyance. The only bathroom amenity provided was shower gel in a dispenser and two shower caps, not replaced. No tissues either.
The location is convenient, about a 3-minute walk to Repubblica metro station and not far from Termini. The Wi-Fi was good, breakfast was very good, and the staff were genuinely lovely. There was also an iron and ironing board, though the limited space made it tricky to use.
The room was uncomfortably hot for November, and with no way to control the air-conditioning we had to leave the windows open overnight, which still affected our sleep.
A kettle was supplied but there was no milk, and the room itself was very small. The shower was particularly disappointing, swinging from boiling hot to freezing cold without touching the dial, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. No complimentary water was provided either; a bottle cost €1. There was accessible water available in the bar area, but the jug with the fruit appeared to remain unchanged throughout our stay, which gave the water an unpleasant taste — consequently only tried that once.

Hotel simples, bem localizado, muito limpo, instalações novas, funcionários muito solícitos.
Tivemos uma otima experiência no hotel, todos os funcionários muitos simpáticos e prestativos. Tivemos um passeio onde saíamos antes do horário do café da manhã e gentilmente nos preparam algumas coisas pra levar após eu explicar a situação para não perdermos o café. Quarto bem limpo, cama confortável, ótima localização. Foi uma das melhores experiências que tivemos em um hotel.

We loved our recent stay and would like to add a special thank you to Roberta and Julia at the front desk for their amazing service and welcomed us every time we walked into the hotel. The rooms were great, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in there were on top of refilling the food as well as always cleaning the tables. We were super happy with our 3 night stay. Easy walking to and from the train station. Short walk to the Colosseum.

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage,um die Stadt zu erkunden und nicht weit von Termini.Zimmer waren schön,auch die große Terrasse. Frühstück war prima.
Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel schon ziemlich teuer,aber das gilt wohl auch für viele Hotels in Rom.

Everything! The staff greeted us so kindly and were very helpful and polite and helped us with luggage’s. The breakfast was also very great and we enjoyed our stay very much! Rooms were clean too.
Just a little bit of a walk to some places - minimum 15 mins to main sights. That’s only an issue if you don’t want to walk much!
Ottima posizione, la stanza era pulita
In sintesi l'hôtel ci ha dato una stanza differente da quella presentata nella prenotazione su booking, di misure ben inferiori a quelle dichiarate, con una piccola finestra con inferriate che dava su un deposito di rifiuti direttamente sotto la finestra e confinante con un impianto molto rumoroso che ci ha impedito di riposare durante tutta la notte. Abbiamo subito chiesto di cambiare stanza, di avere quella rappresentata, ci hanno risposto che l'hotel era al completo. Il responsabile dell'albergo non era reperibile. Abbiamo attivato l'assistenza booking e ottenuto soltanto un rimborso di 39 euro VIRTUALE, cioè spendibile su una eventuale futura prenotazione (a fronte di oltre 200 € per una stanza che non ne valeva la metà).
