Pros:

It's close to odori station and just a walk away from convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. The room with microwave and washer/dryer combo was perfect. And also the free coffee in the afternoon.

Splendid hotel for your first time in Sapporo.
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s right outside of exit 34 using the underground. I strongly suggest if you want a walk from Sapporo station to just use the underground and towards exit 34. It’s a pleasant walk and there’s many eateries along the way.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything other than perhaps more breakfast options. I did enjoy the breakfast and it was plentiful, but I just wish they had a few more options.

Pros:

クルマで行って、駐車場を聞こうとホテル前に停めていたら、スタッフの方が案内に出てきてくれてありがたかった。
忙しそうなのに皆笑顔で気持ちが良かった。
朝食とっても美味だった。

Cons:

朝食会場とロビーは離れている方がゆっくり朝食食べれるのにと思う。

Wow. Goes beyond my expectation.
Pros:

Exceptional property with clean room, fantastic breakfast and steps away from Odori subway. Each room has a washer dryer, super helpful in my travels around Hokkaido. Several breakfast main course for your selection so you will not be bored.

Pros:

まずは立地面。札幌市内の主要な観光地へのアクセスが容易です。
朝食のビュッフェはメインを選択するスタイルで、いずれも美味しい、見た目にも洗練された印象を受けました。

Cons:

スタッフの個人差が大きいこと。
ホスピタリティに溢れる方がいる一方で、ビジネスライクな対応や顧客目線を感じない方も数名おられました。
ビュッフェのメインを選択するスタイルが、お客様に意図が上手く伝わっていない部分があるようでした。
食事スペースもホテルの正面玄関と隣接しており、落ち着いて食べられる環境でないが残念です。
立地やスペース、ビジネス利用を考慮するとやむを得ない点はありますが、もう少し工夫が欲しいと思います。

Cons:

住宿第二天出門忘記放清潔牌子，有寫Mail轉達需要清理房間，但並未處理
第三天有放需要清潔的牌子，但是回到房間已經使用過的毛巾，未收走
冰箱放在床頭，而且運轉聲音超級大聲，這是我住過所有飯店以來，第一次有聲音的冰箱，只好全程關掉

Pros:

乾燥機付き洗濯機が部屋の中にあり。あるのは知ってたけど、部屋の外だと思ってたからびっくりした。
ドライヤー、シャンプーやリンス、ボディーソープ、シャワーヘッドがリファ😲 女子には嬉しい。

1階のカフェバー ルームキー提示するとウェルカムドリンクが貰えた。夜パフェもやってて美味しかった！
