For guests staying 6 nights or less, simplified cleaning will be provided upon request. If you would like this, please apply "request cleaning" card in front of your room door. (Simplified cleaning includes collecting Face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash) For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be provided (collect towels. nightwear and trash, bed-making, clean inside the room, restock the room amenities). (You can also ask for the additional room cleaning with the additional fees. Please ask the front desk for further details.)

Pros:

房內有洗脫烘、還有烘鞋機超級讚！櫃檯旁的吧台憑房卡還可以點飲料來喝。若是自駕的話，check in的時候可以詢問櫃檯飯店車位是否有空位，一天¥2000也比附近的停車場還划算！櫃檯也很熱情，飯店離貍小路也很近，下次來札幌還是會選這間飯店！😍

Cons:

美中不足是房內設備的關係，所以空間稍微小了，行李箱展開完不方便人走動，若是前開式的會比較方便

I would stay here again and have recommended this to a friend, who has already booked a stay
Pros:

The location is great. Easy access to to local activities and sites, as well as easy access to the train system. The room and bathroom were the largest I expreienced for my three weeks trip. The little bar on the main floor had a good selection and decent pricing.

Cons:

This is not a complaint, but a suggestion. Multiple teas are available from the amenities desk that you can take back and enjoy in your room. While there is free coffee offered on the main floor, I would have liked to have had in-room coffee available from the amenities desk as well.

優良服務態度、優秀地點，方便且溫馨的房間
Pros:

入口有迎賓飲料，小型的飲料吧檯，服務人員親切有禮，可以選擇免費的蘋果汁，晚班櫃檯的服務人員也非常親切，很溫柔且為客人著想的提供幫助，非常感謝

另外，這個地點出去走幾步就是地鐵站，晚上卻很安靜，附近有超商、很多好吃的商店，確實是很棒的住宿環境
房間內有自己的洗衣機這點，對於住宿多天也是非常方便!!

Pros:

Washing machines in all the rooms is definitely the cherry on top for Tokyu Stay Sapporo. Winter travelers like us saved a lot of money and luggage space as we didn’t need to bring/buy many clothes during the trip. It’s the only hotel with microwave as well.
Another is its very convenient location, only 2-mins walk from Odori station Exit 34.

Easy access and the facilities provided very satisfying.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Because of ARASHI’s concert, the staff even draw the pictures of ARASHI members. It’s heartwarming. We like the hairdryer provided too.

Cons:

There is limited space to put luggage. I think the table can be removed so we can have more space.
