L’accueil de la réceptionniste à notre arrivée (pas revue par la suite)

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner sans pain et plus personne pour en ajouter. Le reste du buffet très très pauvre. Des cafés poudre tièdes issus d’une machine à côté de laquelle du produit de nettoyage traînait.

Ascenseur en panne.

Très agréable a retenir
Pros:

Très bien situé. Personnel agréable. Propre. Bien équipé.

Cons:

Manque juste un petit frigidaire dans la chambre. Pas de double vitrage, vue sur la rue tres sympa mais du coup bruyante a partir de 5h30 du matin!

Disappointing
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Cons:

Very dirty rooms in places, although the bed linen was beautifully clean. The decor is very tired and old the rooms are small. We were very cold on our first night so we're greatful of the extra duvet left in the room. There was no heating on at night.

Cons:

La propreté (salle de bain sale et en très mauvais état), tapisserie et peinture qui partent en morceaux partout, le ménage bâclé, le petit déjeuner trop simple et avec des produits de qualité médiocre

Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The breakfast was good, although not something particularly special. Communication in English could have been better, as it was sometimes a bit difficult to understand each other. However, considering the excellent price and what was offered, it was definitely worth it. We would gladly stay again.

Cet hôtel est une arnaque

Cette hôtel est bien placé, mais c’est la seule chose que je puisse mettre en avant

Cons:

À peine arrivé en ouvrant la porte, j’ai arraché la manche de ma veste après la Serrure qui a été certainement forcée.
L’état de la moquette est absolument pitoyable d’énormes tâches.
La robinetterie ne fonctionne pas pour prendre un banc. Et bien sûr le spa ne fait pas partie des activités comprises dans la prestation de l’hôtel alors qu’il est bien mis en avant pour la réservation.
Le petit déjeuner n’a vraiment rien d’exceptionnel

J’ai plutôt mal dormi.
Pros:

C’est dans le centre-ville. Il y a un parking.

Cons:

La chambre avec une porte fenêtre simple vitrage presente une isolation thermique et surtout phonique médiocres. On profite de toutes les conversations des noctambules alcoolisées.
Les serviettes de bains sont vraiment usées.
Au petit déjeuner, une pince pour servir du jambon ne me semble pas être un luxe ainsi qu’un couteau à pain et une serviette pour couper le pain.
