Pros:

A pleasant traditional room, in a beautiful neighborhood. We reserved breakfast in the cafe downstairs (which you need to do directly with the cafe), and had an amazing full-spread traditional Japanese breakfast.

Cons:

It was very tight for our group of 3 adults. It would be fine for 2.

Pros:

Very clean room with large TV and utilities, even though it was a bit small for three people. The cafe was easy to find and the hotel is positioned within a nice part of Tsuyama with lots of things to do.

Cons:

The pre-check-in process was quite convoluted for non-domestic visitors, especially since there was another self-check-in required upon arrival at the hotel. Parking lot was suitable for kei cars but could be larger, and since it is located on a different street, it would be helpful if the address was included in messages to visitors ahead of time.

Wonderful, would stay again
Pros:

I had a great stay, the room was spacious (bath tub!) and good value.
The location on the old castle-town street was very picturesque and a short walk to the castle (where the cherry blossom festival was going on). Cute little restaurants and cafes nearby. The bikes were a great bonus.
