No contratamos desayunos
La ubicación resultó muy cómoda para llegar con las valijas y muy muy cercana a la zona céntrica pero a su vez ofreciendo un lugar de tranquilidad .

Pros:

The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The hotel was charming. It had a lift which was a bonus as we were on the third floor. The room was also charming in its decor. The bathroom had been remodeled, was adequate. The rain shower was nice and was enough room to feel comfortable. We were treated well, were given before dinner drinks on my friends birthday and also cappuccino and muffins another day on the house. Lovely staff, great location, and quiet.

Cons:

My bed seemed okay but my friends bed likely needed replacing. We also had a broken thermostat which could not be turned down and they were unable to do anything about it. We also had an influx of mosquitos on the first night with the window open so kept it closed thereafter which wasn't great given the temperature was 23 degrees in the room.

Estancia maravillosa - Hotel familiar, muy acogedor - Empleados especialmente atentos y profesinales
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Para llegar a pie a todas partes. Es céntrico y muy accesible. Parada de vaporeto a 5 minutos, farmacia al lado del hotel, lugares para desayunar, comer y cenar. No se escucha ruido de fuera, está bien insonorizado. La habitación doble con vistas a la plaza, de la parte superior, es algo pequeña. No obstante, tuvimos la suerte de poder disponer de otra habitación situada en el primer piso, ya que nos quedamos un día más, y la habitación del primer piso es maravillosa, espaciosa, muy luminosa y bonita. La cama un poco más grande que la habitación doble con vistas que tuvimos anteriormente. Hay que destacar la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Son muy profesionales y amables. Romina se portó genial con nosotras, al igual que Analisa y la persona de desayuno, que es italiana y muy atenta y servicial también. Mención especial igualmente al señor que está siempre en recepción a última y primerísima hora, que fue muy servicial también.
