Not good service
Pros:

Beautiful room and view.

Cons:

They had promised us a surprise in the room - they knew since one month back that it was my best friends b-day and they had replied they would have a surprise waiting - no surprise - and when we mentioned this to reception they did not do anything about it - so disappointed.

Did not meet expectations, staff promising upgrades due to issues with room, disappointing.

Good location, restaurant attached great food but poor value.

Cons:

The room was well below average with no oven, uncomfortable beds, hooks coming off the wall and a stench so bad it made us feel unwell. In desperate need for an update.

Bra hotell, men litet slitet. Städning och ankomst inte riktigt i nivå med hotellets ambitioner.
Pros:

Väldigt rymlig svit, med fullt utrustat kök. Bra liten hotellbutik i lobbyn.

Cons:

Sviten var ganska hårt sliten, men var nog fin för tio år sedan. Städningen var inte riktigt bra, några glas som var ofräscha, och en del gammalt skräp under bord mm. Man hade inte tillräckligt med utrustning för tre pers (badrock mm). Extrasängen var inte iordninggjord när vi anlände, trots senare ankomst än anmäld. Saknade skohorn.

Perfect location & lovely stay in downtown.
Pros:

Outstanding location in a lovely part of downtown Vancouver. Loved the indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The staff were attentive and professional. Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect, with nice decor, comfy beds, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Would highly recommend as a smart family friendly base in Van.

the housekeeping staff was not great. My room needed to be changed last night as kitchen sink was not working. Room service was not done everyday. Guest service staff was great especially ceaser.

Definitiv keine 4 od 5 Sterne Unterkunft!
Pros:

küchenausstattung gut- tgl Housekeeping gut!
Appartement sehr alt u abgenutzt- Teppich nicht sauber , im Bad fehlt Spiegel, Fenster nicht geputzt- Dusche ist kaum zu benutzen- lässt sich bezüglich Temp nicht einstellen- keine Handbrause, Lüftung sehr laut.

Central location and luxury hotel, contributed to a great stay for a 3 day weekend
Pros:

Spacious room, great pool, very nice staff (front desk and housemaids)

Cons:

While I loved the location because it’s downtown and walkable, I think it’s close to an hospital and we heard ambulances passing the whole time during our first night which kept waking the family up. The second night was quieter ; something to consider if you’re a light sleeper ; everything else was great

Excelente ubicación. Inmejorable
Pros:

La ubicación es eccelente, en el downtown y cerca de todo. En nuestro caso, nos gusta preparar nuestro propio desayuno y la mayor parte de las cenas cocinando y el Sutton tiene a unos pasos un Supermercado (IGA) donde puedes adquirir alimentos frescos. Igualmente, una tienda de vinos y licores.

Cons:

Solo una sugerencia, sería muy conveniente que incluyesen un horno de microondas, al igual que un paquete de utensilios de cocina más completo como parte del equipamiento de las residencias.
