Pros:

入住本館6樓，共有2個房間，空間很大，環境整潔乾淨，打開4個28吋行李箱不成問題，視野也很好，可以到陽台欣賞夜景；雖然浴室只有1間，但有2間廁所可使用，整體住宿體驗良好，有免費停車，但飯店前的馬路車流量大，很常塞車。

Cons:

1、微波爐遺留上位房客的食物，清潔人員疏忽了。
2、無提供餐具，外食要加熱很不方便。
3、有洗衣機及烘衣機，但洗衣劑要自備。

It’s an enjoyable stay
Pros:

We had the whole place to our own. Peaceful and minutes walk to the beach and also to the mall.

Pros:

建物自体新しく、掃除も行き届いていたが、着いて早々玄関に毛が数本まとまって落ちていた。

リネンも清潔だった。

Cons:

夕方くつろいでいたら、ドアをドンドン！ピンポンを連打されビックリして出たら、三世代の中国人の方が英語で部屋にはいれないから、どうやればいいか教えて！と怒鳴り込んできた。結局は近くの違う棟と間違えていて部屋に入れなかったようだ。こういう時は常駐のスタッフがいないと困る。

房間大是優點, 缺點就是臨大馬路到深夜都還是吵,另房內無任何廚具, 想喝個水連馬克杯都沒有, 非常失望。
Pros:

1.空間很大
2.離美國村不遠

Cons:

1.晚上七點前入住時完全無工作人員可詢問,再線上問是否有鍋具可以借用時答案是NO
2. 房間內完全沒有廚具,連馬克杯都沒有,想喝個茶都要自己生出容器。所有的櫃子打開都是空的.只有一個開瓶器.令人非常失望.
3. 臨近大馬路, 即使到了夜間都還有重機或是飇車的噪音出現。

雖然有一些不方便，但附近購物、飲食、環境都很棒，再次選擇還是會住這裡。

空間很大，擺設都很舒適

Cons:

淋浴間和廁所是一起的，空間很大蠻可惜應該可以分開，多人居住時較方便使用
廁所沒有垃圾桶，浴室也沒有掛衣服的勾子或置物架，不太方便，蓮蓬頭的水流有點小，希望水流可以大一點
鏡子只有廁所有，早上兩個女生搶著用有點不便

広くて綺麗だった。ボディーソープ、シャンプーリンスの香りがとっても良かった。コンビニがとても近くて良かった。

booking .comから予約だったからなのか、本館のサイトで予約したら別館での予約になっていた。広かったが、寒かった。お風呂やシャワーのお湯がぬるめで温まりにくかった。

Pros:

第一次住家庭式公寓本來很怕很麻煩，只要留意第一次收到mail的Qr-code 連結，入住掃碼輸入每個成員的基本資料即可，提供密碼進入。
比我想的方便，只可惜沒有吃到樓下的熱狗堡不知道是沒開還是我們太晚起床。房間有兩個馬桶好方便，很喜歡他們的浴缸很大很舒服又非常乾淨，每天泡澡很放鬆。
雖然廚房沒有提供餐具，但是有微波爐就可以加熱便利商店食物很方便，YouTube 可以登入看超棒！
家庭旅遊真的非常適合，大大推薦。

這次入住體驗非常糟糕，甚至可以說是令人震驚與憤怒。

首先，飯店的訂房與分配系統明顯混亂。
竟然有另一組客人也訂到同一棟飯店、同一層樓的房間。後來才發現，他們實際上被分配到另一間附設的飯店，但飯店提供的地址卻也是這裡，完全沒有清楚註明是附設飯店，導致另一組也非常困惑。

由於是自助入住，另一組房客比我們早許多就來飯店,他們表示飯店提供的也是這間房間號碼,但嘗試輸入飯店提供的密碼多次都失敗，試了很久才進入房間。

更嚴重的是，他們在過程中嘗試聯絡飯店，但完全無法聯絡到任何人，沒有人回應，也找不到現場人員。

此外，飯店的房門密碼系統存在嚴重安全漏洞。
居然設定了超級簡單的連續數字密碼，非常容易被猜到，導致後來這一組客人最後猜到以進入我們的房間。

當我們回到房間時，竟然發現已經有其他人進入，這對住宿安全與隱私來說是極其嚴重的失誤，讓人感到極度不安與恐懼。

我們理解另一組房客也是因為飯店沒交代清楚，甚至他們也覺得非常荒謬怎麼會訂這間卻是住另外一間

更讓人無法接受的是，飯店方面僅僅「口頭道歉」，完全沒有提供任何補償措施，也沒有主動提出退款或任何補償方案。

對於這種涉及人身安全與隱私的重大疏失，只有文字道歉，實在令人失望。

我入住過許多國內外飯店，從未遇過如此荒謬且危險的情況。
如果你重視住宿安全與隱私，我強烈不建議選擇這家飯店。
