Noisy experience
Pros:

The place has a excellent potential to be fantastic , unfortunately it needs to pay attention to important details that are harming the overall rating.

Cons:

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. There is a bar & dinner right next to the entrance, and at night they play extremely loud music outside. Even though the hotel provided earplugs, the noise was still unbearable and made it nearly impossible to sleep.

On top of that, the mattress was uncomfortable, which made the stay even worse. The customer service at the front desk was also poor — the person checking us in didn’t seem welcoming or happy to help.

I really hope the hotel works on improving the noise situation, the comfort of the rooms, and the quality of the customer service. As of now, I would not stay here again.
