Pros:

Die Lage gut und sehr schön gelegen.

Cons:

Badestrand so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Zugang zum Meer durch Felsen. Alle Restaurants und auch das Frühstück eher was für Briten. Kroatische Küche, außer Fisch Fehlanzeige. Essen und Trinken überteuert.

Wenn wir wieder Richtung Dubrovnik fahren, dann NUR das Hotel🥰 Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt 🥰

Es war alles wunderbar.

Cons:

Eigentlich alles. Ein Mal hatten wir kein Toilettenpapier im Zimmer und bei der Rezeption hat niemand abgehoben. Aber es kann passieren ;)

Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber und sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer grossen Lobby, Kaffeebar mit toller Terrasse. Personal freundlich, allerdings am 01.01.26 total überfordert

Cons:

In der Silvesternacht war das Hotel offensichtlich völlig überlastet durch eine grosse Zahl an Pauschalreisenden. Das Frühstück glich einem Chaos: zeitweise fehlten Teller, Besteck und Servietten, das Buffet war nur spärlich bestückt, und es dauerte unzumutbar lange, bis Nachschub kam.
Dass man auf diesen Ansturm nicht vorbereitet war, ist schwer nachvollziehbar – die Gästezahl war bekannt. Ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie sollte seine Gäste deutlich besser betreuen können. Vielleicht wäre es ein guter Anfang, künftig Individual- und Pauschalreisende zu trennen – oder zumindest das Frühstück so zu organisieren, dass es nicht nach Abenteuerurlaub aussieht.

WONDERFUL LOCATION, SUPERB ROOM THANKS TO HEAD OF RECEPTION NIKŠA, GREAT VIEW.
Pros:

a five-star hotel in a wonderful location, the head of reception, Nikša, was extremely kind and professional, we got a superb large room with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands, with a giant and very comfortable bed, everything was really perfect.

Cons:

It was New Year's Eve, and the complex of several Royal hotels one close to the other was packed with guests and there was a huge crowd at breakfast, which, understandably, affected the quality of the breakfast. Everything else was fabulous.
