לא הבנתי איך הוא קיבל ציון כל כך גבוה??.
כשאני מזמינה חדרים בבוקינג אני סומכת על הציונים ולצערי רציתי 2 חדרים טובים מלון ברמה טובה ומצאתי את המלון הזה עם תמונות של החדרים שנראים ממש טוב , גדולים ומצאתי חדרים קטנים .. ולא דיי הציון שנתנו למלון , בבוקינג זה

Mary, we will come back!
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the Gold Hotel in Jerusalem. A special mention goes to Mary, whose kindness and warm welcome truly made a difference. She was incredibly friendly, caring and helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned and could definitely use some updating, but the beds are extremely comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable.

Breakfast is generous and offers a good variety of choices. The only downside is that it finishes quite early, at 9:30 a.m. — extending it a little later would be a real plus, especially when you’re on holiday!

Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay, made especially memorable by Mary’s wonderful hospitality.

Cons:

I by mistake left some peaces of jewelry on the table in the room were I stayed in
The next day when I left home I called them up and told them to please check and they said no we didn't find anything
I was very disappointed because I did leave it there by mistake and they said they didn't find it
There no way that is true!!

ברצוני לציין במיוחד את מירי מצוות הקבלה, שהייתה פשוט מקסימה. מירי הייתה קשובה, סבלנית, אדיבה ועזרה לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים. היא תמיד קיבלה אותנו בחיוך, הקשיבה לכל בקשה וניסתה למצוא פתרון לכל עניין.
אנשים כמו מירי הם בדיוק מה שהופך שהייה במלון לחוויה טובה ונעימה. מגיע לה תודה גדולה והערכה על היחס האישי והמסור.
בהחלט נשמח לחזור למלון ולהמליץ עליו בחום לאחרים!

Pros:

המיקום מושלם היינו בהופעה בבנייני האומה והלכנו במצטבר 3 דקות, כל הצוות מקסים מאוד ובא לקראתנו בהכל בדגש על מירי המדהימה בקבלה שפינקה אותנו והייתה מענה לכל בעיה!
