Very reasonable value for money
Pros:

The hotel is very basic and comfortable if you are just looking for a place to sleep. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is parking at the hotel for a small additional fee. The location is very central, right by the central station, making it very easy to get around using public transport. There is a bit of street noise in the morning, but it is not too disturbing. There is no point in getting the hotel breakfast; it is not very appealing. The staff is very service-oriented and ready to help and assist with anything you need.

Pros:

מקום מקסים עם נותני שירות מקסימים ומרי המדהימה בקבלה. הגענו ב11 ונתנה לנו את החדר ישר ולא חיכינו, שדרגו לארוחת בוקר חינם ובאמת שירות מקסים.

Cons:

הקירות לא מבודדים כל כך אבל לא משהו שמפריע.

רוצה לשבח מכל הלב את מלון ירושלים גולד – מלון מקסים, נעים ומזמין, עם אווירה נהדרת.

אבל מה שבאמת קנה אותנו הייתה מארי, נציגת הקבלה. הייתי במלא מלונות בארץ ובעולם וחוויתי לא מעט סוגים של שירות, אבל בחיים לא נתקלתי בשירות כזה.

מארי פשוט אין עליה! שירות יוצא מן הכלל, יחס אישי, אדיבות, סבלנות וחיוך אמיתי. היא נתנה לנו להרגיש שאנחנו לא עוד אורחים, אלא אנשים שבאמת חשוב לה שיהיה להם טוב.

שירות של אחת במינה. פשוט תותחית! 👏❤️

בזכות מארי אני יודע בוודאות שאחזור לכאן שוב, וכמובן שאמליץ על המלון ואפיץ את החוויה החיובית הזו בכל מקום.

כל הכבוד למלון על עובדת כזאת – מארי היא נכס אמיתי למלון! 🌟

Terrible in every aspect

Cons:

The hotel is above the main station of Jerusalem. Very noisy. Didn’t say that there are constructions right below our window. We asked to change room and we got negative answer although the hotel was not fully booked.
The couch in the living room was dirty from I don’t even want to know what….
In one word- DON’T!!

Cons:

Location, construction, leading to horrible traffic, jack hammering all night. Paid parking system was terrible. The hotel may have once been a decent hotel but is now very shabby.
