Highly recommend the gold hotel.comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find. We could see it right from the train station. We had a warm welcome a the hotel. The receptionist Mary was exceptionally kind to us. She change our room and gave us a bigger room to make sure we're comfortable, she directed us to our site at Damascus gate, it was easy for us to go round. Many thanks Mary. Breakfast was excellent, kitchen staff presentable and helpful, good place to go. Jerusalem Gold hotel, highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

דרשו תשלום עבור החניה, לאחר שיח ויצרו על כך. החדרים ישנים, מגבות לא רכות, הקומקום לא עבד הטלוויזיה קטנה מאוד ואיכות גרועה, רמת האיבזור בחדר דלה, הנורות הבהבו ובכל מגע נכבו.

עדיף שלא לספר לכם כמה המקום מרכזי, יפה (הכל עתיק אבל לא ישן) ומחבק.

ירושלים של פעם.

מרי נציגת הקבלה היתה נפלאה,
ממש קשובה וכל כך מחוייבת לחוויית השהות שלנו, כשבנוסף לה, היה נציג קבלה מחויך ואדיב ונכון לעזור בכל דבר ועניין.

בעצם כל הצוות היה ככה.
עזבו, עדיף שלא תבואו כי אז לנו לא יהיה מקום.

די מסורבל היה למצוא את החדר ,
אמבטיה מאוד מאוד מיושנת , עם זכוכית שלא מכסה אפילו חצי מהאמבטיה , מגבות קטנות ולא נוחות לשימוש
הזרם במקלחת כמעט ולא קיים , הזרם שיש זה נטו הזרימה של המים מהצינור לתפוח של הדוש עצמו והאמבטיה עצמה מרוב שהיא קטנה אי אפשר לשבת בה בלי להיתקע .
ארוחת בוקר הייתה סבבה לא ואוו אבל לא חרא
בנסוף היה ריח ממש זוועה בחדר ,ניסיתי לפתוח חלון אבל החלון היה קשור עם חוט ברזל כמו של מחלקה סגורה .
החימום לא חימם את החדר ,כשקראנו לאחזקה האחזקה נתנה הרגשה שהיא עושה טובה שבאה לבדוק בכלל, שיחק עם המעלות של המזגן וכשראה שזה על 30 טורבו ועדיין קפוא בחדר אמר שככה זה ושאין מה לעשות ..
רציתי לשלם דרך הבוקינג עם דיירקט ולא נתן אז התקשרתי למלון לוודא שיש אפשרות לשלם פיזית בדיירקט וענו שכן
בהגעתי למלון מסתבר שמי שענה לי לטלפון היה פקיד קבלה חדש שטעה .
פקידת הקבלה חייבה אותי למשוך כסף בכספומט שגובה 7.90 עמלה וכייון שלא היה ניתן למשוך את כל הסכום של ההמנה בפעם אחת נאלצתי לבצע 2 משיכות ועל כל פעולה שילמתי 7.90 עמלה ולאחר שהתווכחתי איתה שזאת טעות שלהם שתקזז לי את מחיר ההזמנה , טענה שזה לא אפשרי כי הזמנתי דרך בוקינג ,כשראתה שאני לא מתכוונת לוותר הציעה הנחה על תוספת התשלום של יציאה במוצ"ש כי זה תוספת של 250 שקל לחדר .
רק אז הורידה את המחיר .
בקיצור לא להסתמך על ההמלצות פה בבוקינג פשוט תרשמו את השם של המלון בגוגל ותבינו לבד.
