Pros:

Overall they went above and beyond to help me with my original room the TV didn't work too well and and there was no running hot water so they upgraded my room for free then similar issues with the WiFi on the tv so was moved room again and WiFi became an issue again. Overall I can't complain they really did help and did their best to accommodate me, like all things issues arise and it didn't effect my vacation.

Cons:

There's a few small things they need to work on the WiFi issues and the lack of running hot water which always seems to turn a brownish colour in the shower after you let it run for a while

Ottima la posizione centrale e i servizi offerti ai clienti dell' hotel, tra cui la palestra e spa.

Cons:

Purtroppo alcuni servizi non erano ottimali, tra cui la pulizia dell'acqua della piscina e la televisione non funzionante. Tuttavia il personale è stato cordiale nel spiegare l'impossibilità nel risolvere le richieste.

Pros:

The breakfast is too basic and yet highly priced. I dont understand why breakfast and dinner had the same cost.

Location was perfect for me as it was very convenient for my appointments.

Cons:

I didn't like the bathtub in the room. I can't believe there are hotels that still have them. They really to move into the 21st century.

The rooms though comfortable and airy, do need some renovation especially in the bathrooms. There were some leaks under the toilet. Even the toilets need updating.

Pros:

Great comfortable spacious room. Not the latest modern fittings but everything works. Staff are great and ready to assist whenever required. Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Service is slow in the restaurant, staff dissappear for extended periods.
