洗面台が、別のところにある方が嬉しいですね。

新しくて気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

チェックイン時のスタッフさんの対応が、少し時間がかかりすぎました
また、事前チェックインも済ませているにもかかわらず
部屋は3名だと2、3度言われまして、６名の予約をしていたので、不安がよぎりました！

飯店位置靠近札幌車站，並且地下街通道出口靠近飯店，櫃檯飯店人員非常有耐心且服務非常好，我們因為新千歲機場大雪導致JR停開，抵達飯店已經是半夜2點左右了，但是櫃檯人員還是非常有耐心細心接待，並且希望我們隔天好好休息不需要早起趕吃早餐，早餐未享用狀態下，可以跟櫃台改換餐券至百貨賣場美食街使用。

Cons:

早餐總類有點少，另外上下樓層只有兩部電梯而沒有樓梯可以使用上下樓層，另外電梯速度偏慢以及空間較小。

It is a pleasure stay and would recommend
