"We had such a wonderful experience with your team. Maria at the front desk welcomed us with a bright smile and was so patient; she even went above and beyond by lending us her personal umbrella! We also want to thank the young gentleman at reception (we didn't catch his name) who was incredibly kind and gentle. He was so patient and wouldn't give up until he was sure we understood exactly how to get to the restaurant. They both made us feel so well-cared for

Fantastic hotel in in the city! 100% recommendation from my side!
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Brand-new, stylish, comfortable, great service, very tasty breakfast, in the middle of city centre. I stayed in Plowdiv many times in different hotels but this is one of the best hotels objectively. I definitely recommend this hotel. Value for money is incredible. In my opinion, this is how the hotel should be. so much attention for details.

Cons:

Actually, is very difficult to find minor points as this hotel ticks so many boxes in a positive way.

Сложен е достъпа, но локация е непосредствено до главната улица! Всичко останало ме впечатли много!
Интериор на хотела,стаите луксозни ,уютни,много чисти,любезен персонал,ресторант на ниво,изискана храна и разнообразие от напитки и особено вина!
Поради естеството ми на работа често пътувам и отсядам редовно в хотели.
В този ме впечатли спалното бельо с неговото качество,мекота,фин аромат и белота. Може да се наспиш като вкъщи!Поздравления за мениджъра погрижил се за този много важен детайл.
