Very comfortable hotel with a nice staff provides a perfect vacation in Plovdiv.
Pros:

Location in the center, nice staff, big room. The small balcony in the room has a table. Nice place to have the first coffee.

Cons:

The bathroom requires more towel hooks. There are just two of them, even though there's enough space on the wall. It would also be nice to have at least one more chair in the room.

Прекрасный, очень комфортный отель в центре города. Непременно вернусь
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение близко к центру и всем достопримечательностям, но на тихой улочке. Несмотря на отсутствие достаточного количества мест на паркинге перед отелем, отель предложил валет паркинг, что было очень удобно. Очень комфортная постель и матрас, высокое качество подушек, постельного белья, полотенец. Прекрасный ресторан при отеле, с интересной парой шефов, еда качественная, вкусная с интересной подачей.

Cons:

Предложенный платный завтрак за 18 евро был несколько скудноват, особенно в части напитков (все соки ужасного качества). Закончившаяся еда в зоне буфета обновлялась очень медленно, создавалось ощущение, что все закончилось и тебе не хватило. Но сама еда хорошего качества, выпечка вкусная. Обслуживание со стороны официантов на ужине в ресторане было вежливым, профессиональным, однако, абсолютно негостеприимным. Ни одной улыбки. Складывалось впечатление, что ты нежеланный гость (

Hotel Fantastic ( I never say this about a hotel)
Pros:

This was the best hotel we have stayed in so far for our 7 weeks in Eastern Europe. (12 in total) Our room was beautiful, with deck staff were so friendly! Very handy for shopping and restaurants

Cons:

The restaurant staff were appalling BUT we’re not part of the hotel we found out, it’s a separate company, but whoever owns the restaurant change your staff!
