Pros:

Prime location for where I needed to be (O2 victoria warehouse), for an event I was attending. A taxi ride from Manchester Piccadilly station, but the price was fair enough

Reasonable price, plumbing and bathroom facilities need significant improvement, however may be good for a solo travelle
Pros:

Good Price, significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. Relatively central location , 20-40 minute walk to nightlife scene also near a Tesco and McDonald.
Rooms were very clean, and despite only staying for two nights the rooms were cleaned each day, with fresh bedding and towels provided.
For a cheap hotel, the beds were reasonably comfy.

Cons:

The room is set up like a studio, which means that the toilet is in a VERY small cupboard which is claustrophobic at the best of times (knees hitting the door). Shower is in the room which just has a shower door rather than both being in an actual bathroom (which isn’t ideal for two people).
The worst part of the stay was that the shower stank of sewage , it’s quite evident that there are some plumbing issues. Unfortunately on the second day due to the smell the shower was not useable and the smell had become significantly worse. The toilet paper provided was also sand paper like. Parking is not included in stay, and despite the multiple signs saying that parking is £14 per night, it is in fact £18 per night.

My second time staying here and even better than the first. Would recommend for location

The only thing was the smell of the shower drain. The shower was clean but the smell was off-putting
