Great hotel, great service, great view
Pros:

I like the classic theme of the hotel, clean room and great view to the lake. Sitting in the balcony is luxury.

Cons:

Location is bit up on the hill. You need to hike the street to reach the hotel. But it is very worth it for the great view.

眺めがいいホテル
Pros:

レイクビューの部屋に泊まりましたが、素晴らしい景色でした。部屋の色合いも可愛らしく、バスルームは少し小さめですが清潔でした。部屋には無料のお茶菓子とコーヒー、紅茶、スイスの水が置いてあります。またネスプレッソのコーヒーメーカーが置いてありますが、コーヒーを作るのはもちろん、カプセルをセットしなければ普通のお湯も出るのでケトル代わりに使いました。そして宿泊すると指定範囲内のバスが無料になったり施設の割引に使えるQRコードを貰えます。スタッフの対応もよかったです。

Cons:

駅やバス停から坂道を登る必要がありますが、めちゃくちゃ疲れているような状況でなければ許容範囲かと思います。荷物がなければ近くの階段でショートカットもできます。

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms, need better pillows!
Pros:

Beautiful, charming building with well appointed rooms. We stayed in room 28 which had 2 balconies and a beautiful view of the lake and city.

Cons:

The pillows were our only complaint but they were so bad I had to take away two stars. If the pillows were better it would have been 10/10!

Court séjour agréable qui donnerait envie d’y revenir un peu plus longtemps!
Pros:

La vue était magnifique, les chambres spacieuses.
Le personnel agréable.
Le déjeuner était excellent, copieux. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts.
Les légumes et fruits proposés étaient frais. Une réussite!

Cons:

Pas facile de trouver….
Toutefois, à titre de suggestion ;
Pour les frileux, la couverture est un peu légère, s’il pouvait y avoir une couverture d’appoint, ça serait top.
Le soir quelques petits soucis avec la TV.
La réception était un peu brouillée, cependant nous ne sommes pas venu pour cela, donc, pas essentiel.
Nous avons passez un excellent moment!

Lovely location - but the hotel needs a basic refresh with modern amenities.

The plug points did not work. We had to change rooms since the lights stopped working. WiFi did not work in the room.

Maravilhoso especial espetacular tudo de bom.
Pros:

Gostamos muito da recepção no hotel da comodidade e também do quarto com balcão que foi muito bom. Saímos de um hotel na cidade fomos para lá e foi a melhor coisa que fizemos preço qualidade muito bom. Simplesmente único.

Um pecado que não tem frigo bar mas o resto tudo perfeito
