Good but not best
Pros:

The personal were good and frlendly. Room was clean.

Cons:

Wifi was too bad. Hotel is not directly near the side of lake. Also, my room was on first floor and buildings front nearly block the view so try to get upper floors.

La nota positiva è che ci hanno tenuto i bagagli prima del Check-in. E le tisane in camera come benvenuto sono state molto gradite.

Cons:

Ho chiesto e pagato una camera matrimoniale con vista sul lago e mi hanno dato una stanza al lato opposto. Le asciugamani grandi mancavano, il phon non funzionava e per arrivarci abbiamo dovuto fare un bel pezzo di strada in salita. Non ci ritornerei.

Gostei muito do hotel!! Os funcionários foram mesmo muito queridos e atenciosos. Tive o azar de visitar num dia de nevoeiro, paguei um upgrade de quarto para ter vista para as montanhas e acabei por não ver sequer o lago ahah mas acontece.

Cons:

Achei o pequeno almoço limitado, deveria ter mais coisas para o valor cobrado.

Wunderbares Hotel in traumhafter Landschaft
Pros:

Wir haben Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht. Der Ausblick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge ist traumhaft. Zum Personal: Das Team von Bangin Salih ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Das Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Perfekte Lage oberhalb des Sees mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Berge, See und Stadt! Das Personal , besonders Herr Bangin zuvorkommend, super freundlich und professionell! Betten super und einen Kaffee zum selber machen inklusive! Jederzeit wieder!

Nice Short Stay in Lucerne
Pros:

We received a warm welcome and a complimentary beer upon arrival. The room was small but had three beds (which we needed) and had a great view of the lake. We purchased the buffet breakfast and it was OK. The one challenge was parking. We dropped our baggage and had to park downtown and walk back up the hill. That was really the only downside.
