I stayed for one night during a quick stopover in Singapore. The rooms were beautiful and the rooftop pool was gorgeous -- the bar tender there was super sweet as well. Truly worth the cost and I would 100% stay there again.

A comfortable and convenient hotel. Lots of food nearby. Great staff, especially Qiao Yan at back of house, excellent! The condition of the hotel is holding up well since new.

Laundry service is SIGNIFICANTLY over priced. Disgusting.

The location is great. The atmosphere is very good. Amazing service from Mr. Ivan and his colleagues on the top floor. The room is very clean and well-maintained.

We spent 4 nights in the club suites and it was relaxing, easy and staff were incredible. Shout out to Simie who served us in the club on our first morning - she was friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you Momentus Hotel!

Locations Good across the Thai restaurant in Anchor point so nice hotel so nice , nice bed also staff so good Mr Michael room cleaning always clean my room nicely and fresh !! Bar is nice pool everything fully recommended!! ❤️I’m from Manila ❤️

Fyi I just had a surgery decided to stay at Momentus Hotel rm #1401 (near lift) for 8 nights fm Dec 23 to 30 to recuperate. This is an excellent hotel for my recuperation from my surgery. I would have rated 5/5 instead of 3/5 as below incident caused me to change my rating.
Today 2 Jan 2026 again I checked in again at 3pm as I liked my first stay and thought of staying for a few days to a week longer to further my recuperation. As am still recuperating my wife asked the front desk manager (in suit and tie) if he can kindly give us a room #1601 as near lift me so that I do not need to walk too far. He said #1601 not available and
gave us room #1627 instead which is a very very far walk from the lift!
We went back to front desk and luckily the manager was not around so we asked another front desk receptionist in shirt and tie only and he gave us a vacant room#1601 which is the very same room my wife requested earlier but the manager said it's not available! Why?
Why can't the manager in first place help us old folks in our 70s and me who just had a surgery to give us room #1601 which actually is available?!
Fortunately Thanks to the front desk kind young gentleman in shirt and tie who kindly allocate us the room #1601 which is just next to the lift helping me (just had a surgery) to walk a short distance to the lift otherwise will be challenging for me to walking so far away from the lift. Please send my compliment to the front desk young guy on my behalf for being so kind but not the manager who did not help us. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Rooms are very clean and well maintained .Staffs are polite and professional. I want to commend Jiminy from housekeeping for her friendliness and diligence , she has done a good job in tidying up my room , it made me feel refreshed and relax after that.

Jun Wen at the front desk was amazing! Super helpful and friendly during check-in. Highly recommend this hotel for the great service.

Stay cautioned in the club level rooms during Christmas Eve with my wife and enjoyed the stay. Exceptionally top notch service provided from Mr.Ivan and Ms Xueqi at the Momentus Club. Keeping us company and accommodating to our needs throughout the dinner.

I stayed at Momentus Hotel Alexandra for over two weeks and had a perfect experience. When I reached my room, I was greeted with a warm smile by the attendant, which made me feel relaxed after a long journey. During the following two weeks, she kept my room spotlessly clean, demonstrating her excellent professional skills. The toilet paper in the bathroom was often wet by me, but she provided very considerate service to protect it, which made me very happy. Later, I learned her name was Xue Hui. I give her a thumbs up for her service and a five-star review. Thank you for her efforts.
