Guests have access to the spa until 12:00 on their day of departure. The spa is open from 07:00 to 22:00.

The on site SPA, fitness room and pool is reserved to adults. However we are happy tp welcome children from 4 years old under parental supervision every day from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

Pets are accepted on request and limited to 1 by room, please contact reception for more informations.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Perfect place to stay for Disneyland Paris
Pros:

Warm welcome and stored luggage when room wasnt ready. We walked to Val D Europe shopping centre and had lunch. Came back and room was ready, helped to room with concierge which was a lovely touch. Room was spotless and large. Kitchen area then large lounge area. Our sofa bed was made up for us when we were out which meant a stress free bedtime. Room was beautiful, windows could be opened out which meant on warmer days you could let some nice fresh air in. We were in a room beside the busy road outside but this didnt impact our sleep at all, after busy days in Disneyland we slept brilliant in the super comfy beds. I feel the sofa bed would just be suitable to kids and not adults as when I lay on it, it wasnt the most comfortable but the kids loved it (ages 6 and 8). We used the pool on checkout day and it was so lovely.

Cons:

Housekeeping came to door at 11.30 (but check out wasnt until 12) then reception was ringing us at 11.50 reminding us of check out. I felt after a 3 day stay this was a bad way to end our stay. I would understand if they were coming at half 12 but we were already stressed trying to get packed and kids sorted so took a bit of the welcome vibe away.

Estimado/a responsable,

Antes de llegar al hotel, llamé en dos ocasiones para confirmar mi reserva realizada a través de Booking, ya que había perdido mi vuelo y necesitaba verificar que todo estuviera correcto. La persona que me atendió me informó que no existía ninguna reserva a mi nombre y no mostró disposición para ayudarme ni para comprobarlo adecuadamente. Únicamente me indicó que debía contactar directamente con Booking.

Finalmente, mi marido logró comunicarse con el hotel y confirmar que la reserva sí existía. La experiencia telefónica fue muy negativa. Sin embargo, deseo destacar que, una vez en el hotel, la atención presencial fue muy buena.

I did not go to the gym or swimming pool. Other than that, and and the lobby areas, bothing looked like a 4* hotel

Cons:

- my family booked 3 rooms. Both rooms have a defect on the door that if you do not pay attention end up sleeping with the door open
- old materials and materials either defect in the rooms
- breakfast did not had enough bread. Recommend breakfast outside.
- I was accused twice of not having paid for breakfast when I paid
- I was asked twice for the city tax even when I paid them at the check in
- mixed up room allocation
- at arrival had to wait 30’ for the room

Top Hotel für einen Disneyland Besuch
Pros:

Top Hotel, super nettes und serviceorientiertes Personal, Frühstück war sehr gut, Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein und die Lage für einen Disneyland Ausflug ideal. Hoteleigenes Shuttle hat ohne Probleme geklappt und ist keine 5 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel Top Restaurants und ein Supermarkt

Der Pool im Wellnessbereich ist kalt....ist maybe ein first world problem, aber wollte ich erwähnen. Schmälert aber natürlich nicht unseren 1A Aufenthalt

Зручно, до Діснейленду 20 хв пішки , гарний готель і сніданки супер!

Cons:

Все добре, але депозит за 4 людей не повернули , тільки за одного ?!
Замість 3,5 тис, повернули 850 грн
Не вистачило овочів та зелені на сніданок, їх взагалі не було, але в цілому все смачно!

Спа хороший, нажаль дітям не можна було ввечері і вранці , тільки обмежений час, саме тоді, коли ми в Діснейленді
