The on site SPA, fitness room and pool is reserved to adults. However we are happy tp welcome children from 4 years old under parental supervision every day from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

Pets are accepted on request and limited to 1 by room, please contact reception for more informations.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

LA COLAZIONE ERA BUONA ED ABBONDANTE. LA NAVETTA PER DISNEYLAND PUNTUALE, RECEPTION E ZONE COMUNI CURATE. NN ABBIAMO VISTO SPA E PISCINA E NN ABBIAMO MANGIATO NEL RISTORANTE.

Cons:

Alcuno del personale poco empatici, il mobile del frigo nn si chiudeva quindi il frigo nn raffreddava bene e la notte si sentiva il motore di questo (se si dorme nel divano letto in sala), qualche macchia sul divano e un paio di buchi alle tende, cmq cose su cui si può rimediare facilmente.

ottima scelta, eccellente struttura
Pros:

letto comodissimo, lenzuola di cotone satin, colazione sia dolce che salata abbondante, ottimo il servizio navetta dedicato (e non in condivisione con altri alberghi) da e per il parco disneyland, bella e pulita l'aera spa.

Cons:

mi sarebbe piaciuto avere accesso alla camera prima delle 15, ma la ragazza della concierge è stata tassativa sull'ingresso alle 15. detto ciò, sottolineo che non è stato un peso, perchè ho usufruito dei bagni vicino all'aera food (pulitissimi).

Great location and beautiful pool area

Cons:

I found the room cold at night (stayed in May) and the air conditioning/heating system didn’t seem to work to put heat into the room but I didn’t ask staff for help with it as we were at Disney most of the day and I’m sure they would have helped resolve the issue if asked. The room was also beside the roads and I was woken up multiple times during the night even with ear plugs but I would stay again for the location just request a different room.
