Ok standard. Veldig bra frokost. Hyggelig ansatt i barception om morgenen.

Cons:

Betydelig bråk om natten dra rommene rundt, og veldig lett å høre naboene. Check-in med automat er fint, men det hadde vært fint om det var direkte ved (bar)resepsjon slik at man i det minste følte at man kom til *noen*. Det var litt slitasje noen steder på rommet (dushodet var løst, merker langs veggene på badet. Det var også veldig varm på rommet uten at jeg fant noen måte å justere det på. Det var også bare en pute - de kunne gjerne lagt inn en til. Det samme gjelder håndklede. Noen små justeringer, så hadde helhetsinntrykket blitt bedre.

Serviceinnstilt personale. De var hjelpsomme, blide og hyggelige.

Cons:

Veldig mye bråk på natten. Sov dårlig- ikke god madrass for vår del og mye festing utenfor i gaten som gjorde at vi ikke kunne ha vinduet åpent og da ble det veldig varmt. Ga beskjed dagen etter og fikk med en vifte. Det gjorde underverker. Da var det kun madrassen som ikke var helt etter våre kropper.

Ok but there are better in Trondheim
Pros:

Helpful staff and good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Stale air in corridors and room and inability to control aircon in room. It appears to be a common issue in Strawberry hotels! Window in room could open a little but then noise from street disturbed you when sleeping. No tea or coffee in room and had to pay in the reception. No real guest lounge. Limited seating in restaurant when it gets busy at breakfast.

Bra beliggenhet, men dårlig luft/for varmt innemiljø uten mulighet for å regulere eller lufte.
Pros:

Beliggenhet var helt topp, og god størrelse på rommet. Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Luftkvalitet: Det var altfor varmt på rommet og ekstremt tørr luft (tipper opp mot 30 grader selv om det var i februar). Det gikk ikke an å regulere temperaturen på rommet selv, og ettersom vinduene vendte ut mot innvendige fellesarealer kunne jeg ikke ha vinduet åpent på natta pga støy. Dusj: Varmen på vannet i dusjen gikk ikke an å regulere noe særlig, kun lunket vann. Så dusjen ble en kald opplevelse.
