Pros:

スタッフの対応は良かった

Cons:

ファミリールームの禁煙室予約でしたが、入ってすぐにタバコの匂いがして、それを他芳香剤で上塗りしてるので、さらに嫌な匂いがしました。
空気清浄機からも嫌な匂いがして、大変でした。

窓を開けて換気して取れるわけでもなく、、、
ソファーの汚れも気になりました。

ゆっくりしていられないので翌日は早めに部屋を出ました。

当日遅くに予約で、安く泊まれたのですが、少し残念です。
