Convenient location and easy car parking

Cons:

Very unclean, linens had blood stains and towels had weird brown marks on them even when new. There were also cockroaches found at the kitchen bin, bathroom under the spa bath and on a bedroom wall.

The apartment was roomy a little dated but still clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and we loved that we could walk to Central market the Tram that took us into Rundle Mall and the Fringe in the Square was very handy. Would definately stay there again. We parked in the Topgam Mall car park as our car would have been a bit tricky in the other one. Price was the same

Cons:

The bedroom was ok the bed was fine. The bedside could have had a light we stored our bags in the lounge area as not much room around bed. The air con was in the lounge but made its way to the bedroom with the bathroom door shut. I brought my own coffee as I read there wasn’t much there. I think was better like that anyway. The lift was a little slow but not too bad.

Pros:

Great location, easy to navigate by foot and public transport. Clean, neat, good features. Bedroom had no fan and air conditioning didn’t quite cool enough on hot evenings. Bedroom had no lamps or alarm clock. Shower originally leaked, but was promptly fixed to our satisfaction. Loungeroom windows let in a lot of glare. More neighbour noise from inside building than street, we were close to elevator

Great staff & location. Disappointing value for money.
Pros:

The location was excellent & the staff very friendly & welcoming.

Cons:

Aircon was only available in the main living room. Had to leave it on continuously to reach the main bedroom down the other end of the space. No fans to enable air circulation within the bedrooms.

Cons:

All the furniture is tired and bathrooms need a refurb. Bed mattress was over used and lounge chairs felt like they needed replacing. The aircon automatically turned off every 2 (or it might have been 4) hrs so the appartment heated up overnight and whenever we were absent - could not be adjusted and very very annoying.

Pros:

Spacious apartment. Well equipped. Good location in CBD.
Welcoming, helpful staff.
