Loved the ambience and the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were extremely intuitive and helpful with anything you need. Will differently stay here again whenever I’m in Osaka.

Emplacement au top, le petit déjeuner était original même si répétitif au niveau des choix, le personnel était super sympa et l’ambiance au sein de l’hôtel le soir est vraiment plaisante. La bière gratuite à 18h est vraiment cool également.
Le petit déjeuner était un peu répétitif, on a le droit à trois sandwichs et un peu de salade ou de céréales, qui ne sont pas en self-service.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Direkt nebenan ist ein 7eleven und die Bahnhaltestelle war 5 Minuten entfernt.
Wir würden wieder kommen.
Eventuell könnte es im Restaurant etwas länger Abendessen geben.
Aber wir sind am Anreisetag auch erst spät angekommen
Excellent central location within easy walking distance of public transit, shopping, amenities, sightseeing destinations, and a range of food options (local cafes, casual eateries, fine dining). Seamless check-in and check-out. Staff friendly and professional. Easily navigable digital in-room system for requesting amenities and rental items (which arrived promptly), and for arranging late check-out. "Eco" room cleaning schedule an excellent system (opt-in, with 500-yen vouchers for each day of cleaning skipped, and fresh towels provided daily anyway!), which I used to cut the cost of late check-out in half! Outstanding good value overall for this hotel.

Hotel is in a great location in Osaka. Stunning views from the upper restaurant/bar area. Clean and very friendly staff. Cool decor. Funky vibes. Easy walk to the Osaka castle.
The double beds are very small. My partner is 6 foot 2 inches and Im 5 foot 8 and we were shoulder to shoulder in the bed. It would be nice to have a king sized bed option then our stay would have been perfect.
