We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Japan! Overall, it was a great experience, and we were very happy with the service provided.
Although we experienced a minor inconvenience with the TV screen in our room, the hotel staff were very helpful, understanding and professional in handling the situation. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service.
The room was clean and well-maintained. It was always such a pleasure to return to a clean and tidy room after a long, tiring day of exploring Japan.
All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, with everything conveniently nearby. There's a convenience store right next door, and the train station is only a 3-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around.
Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for making our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Japan!
Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location was great. Close to transportation.
It's very tech forward, the staff prefers digital communication. Great hotel for the younger generation, not so much for older crowds who, like me, prefer face to face communication.
It is an amazing hotel and I wish I could have stayed for many more days. The breakfast is SO good and the hotel is so stylish and so “lively”. The staff are excellent and the rooms are perfect for one person. They are so well designed and absolutely perfect.

The environment felt cozy. As soon as we got to the entrance, I felt relaxed. It's a different vibe compared to the surrounding buildings for sure. Bar and restaurant were amazing. Great staff who are extremely friendly. Room was a bit small but we knew that going in. Great amenities. Top bar and roof top was a great place to hang out and wind down after a busy day. Free welcome drink at night is a plus. DJ at night also sets the vibe. Great location in regards to acces to multiple rails. Great small food eateries just minutes in any direction. It's also in a quite area which was nice. Also 2-5min walking distance to 711, family mart and lawsons.
20 mins away from Dotonbori by walking, good neighborhood, the staff was amazing

We loved the closeness to the subway stations, for most of our stay we used the closest one as it took us to most areas/attractions. It’s a quiet area at night so it’s great if you don’t want a bustling neighbourhood to go home to.
The breakfast was a great start to our day each morning and the staff are so friendly and happy to help in any way.

Unexpectedly overjoyed at how well this place is out together. The details are thoughtful, from the decor to the number and type of common spaces. Breakfast was delicious!

the hotel, as the picture can be seen , is an upscale place with chic interior design.
the location is very comfortable cos its just few minutes walking to metro station.
the neighbourhood offers plenty nice shops and restaurants for tourists and business needs.
tourist attraction is just few metro stops away!
the rooftop was good for relax in the evening but bit tight.
the public co-work/relax space is nice!
the set breakfast. it seems i'm not the only person that dislike it...
