Pros:

Ookal kwam je laat aan werd je toch vriendelijk onthaald en ingecheckt. Ruime kamers, heel rustig en stil op de kamers. Er was een koffiemachine op de kamer.

Cons:

Als je wat later gaat ontbijten (ontbijt was tot 10u en wij waren er tegen 9u) was de keuze al veel beperkter. Parking staat niet duidelijk aangegeven.

Ich nehme schweren Herzens Abschied von diesem Hotel.

Das Plus dieses Hotels: die Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Ich kenne das Hotel seit Jahren, und es entwickelt sich - leider nicht positiv. In allen Kategorien gibt es immer mehr Abstriche, das Personal ist nett und bemüht, aber oft nicht besonders Qualifiziert und die Abläufe sind ungewohnt. Online Check-in und Check-out haben bei mir nicht wirklich funktioniert, sodass ich doppelten aufwand hatte. Und es ist einfach Hellhörig, in die Jahre gekommen und es wird auch nichts mehr renoviert oder verbessert!

Pros:

Hotel was very well located to go by feet to my working area at KIT. Staff is available and room was comfortable. I also appreciated the large choice of food at breakfast.

Cons:

Excepted the frozen fruits of the fruit salad at breakfast, everything was OK. My room was on the street side but I did not hear that much the noise from the tram line.

Das Hotelpersonal und auch das Gastropersonal waren wirklich klasse! Daumen hoch vor allem für Roland, schade, dass ich die Küche nicht geschafft habe auszuprobieren.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Und auch die Kissen haben eher an Krankenhaus erinnert. Eine Minibar wäre nett gewesen.

Goed hotel voor doorreis zonder al te hoge verwachtingen
Pros:

Goede ligging , goed voor een overnachting als je op doorreis gaat.

Cons:

Wij kwamen om 23 u toe in het hotel om in te checken en er stond een rij mensen voor ons , er waren problemen met een booking van de mensen voor ons wat voor een wachttijd van 30 min zorgde tot een ander personeelslid erbij kwam om te helpen. Bij aankomst in de kamer lagen 2 handdoeken en niets van hotel supplies. Indien je dit wenste moest je daarvoor terug nr de receptie.

Perfektes Zimmer in Toplage – nur die Sonntags- Bar fehlte!

Ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, inklusive Kaffeemaschine und einer Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung. Ideal nach längerer Anreise für einen eintägigen Aufenthalt. Alle meine Ziele waren problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar – insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Leider war am Sonntag das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Freundinnen unterwegs und hätten gerne noch gemeinsam im Hotel zusammengesessen – das war wirklich schade. Ansonsten war ich voll zufrieden, es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.
