Excelentes condições e serviço para estadias curtas.
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era ótimo, tendo em conta o preço, estava à porta do quarto todas as manhãs de acordo com o pedido.
Na minha opinião só fez falta uma limpeza a meio da semana pois foi uma estada longa.

Cons:

Precisamente a limpeza, numa estada de 7 dias poderia haver uma limpeza intermédia.
Tinhamos toalhas à disposição mas com a neve o chão do quarto estava sujo...

Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen

Ist nichts für mich

Cons:

Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Das wurde uns erst kurz vor der Ankunft per Mail mitgeteilt. Die dafür versprochene Preisminderung um 25% haben wir bis jetzt nicht erhalten.

Pros:

Alles unkompliziert ohne Personal, es gibt nur App und PIN. Zimmer top, alles vorhanden, sogar 2 Kopfkissen pro Person.

Cons:

Wir wurden am Abreisetag von 2 Handwerkerfahrzeugen am Ausfahren aus der Garage gehindert. Hat 2 Telefonate z. T. auf Englisch und mindestens 15 Minuten gebraucht, bis die zwei missmutigen Monteure gefunden werden konnten. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, haben sich sogar noch lustig gemacht.

Prima Quartier Nähe Boxi.
Pros:

Lage. Kommunikation per e-mail wurde fast in Echtzeit zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Alles war da, was man brauchte. Tee/Wasserkocher. Kleiner Kühlschrank etc. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Öffis. Klasse Kneipen / Bistros / Restaurants im Dreh.

Cons:

Safe unten auf dem Boden, so dass man sich zum Bedienen hinlegen muss. Wie blöd ist DAS denn? Flure sind dunkel gestrichen u wirken eher düster u abweisend. Wege zum Aussenfahrstuhl bei Glatteis schlecht / nicht frei.

Gute Lage, sauber, geräumig, komfortabel, gemütlich .
Unkomplizierter Zugang, gut durchdachtes Konzept.

Cons:

1-2 Glaser mehr im Geschirrschrank wären super.
Getrennte Bettdecken (statt einer großen) würde ich bevorzugen.
Das ist aber bei Numa verbreitet und viele mögen es.

Zu Laut bei Zimmer zur Straße
Pros:

Sauberes gutes Numa Hotel in zentraler Lage. Gutes Bett, gutes Bad, alles unkompliziert. kaffee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke der Straße ist komplett wild, Straßenbahnen und Autos so laut als würden sie durchs Zimmer fahren!
Wie man an so einer Location diese super schlecht gedämmten Fenster einbauen kann(weil da kann man was machen, wenn man die richtigen Fenster einbaut) will mir nicht in den Kopf! Hab 2 Nächte nicht geschlafen, trotz Ohropax und ich wohne an einer Hauptstraße ich bin das eigentlich gewohnt.

despite the situation below, room is fine

Cons:

A staff member knocked on my door, but I did not open it. Despite this, he unlocked the door and entered the room. I was quite surprised and confused by what was happening. He tried to explain, but he did not speak English that good. From what I understood, he wanted to check something, possibly the A/C.

So, that was just weird and inappropriate.. Door locks are electronic, also there are cameras, so if you send the message that the room is ready PLEASE do not enter it without permission just because you have a key.
