Great place to live
Pros:

Supper friendly staff - felt like we know each other

Cons:

Cleaning was not covering everything everyday and when they clean they would do it fast

Fantastic staff, rooms and location
Pros:

Apartment is huge and very nicely appointed. Central location with multiple stations and bus routes within 5 minutes. Staff are lovely and looked after us really well. We loved our stay here

Great hotel in Kyoto for families!
Pros:

Luggage transfer by Mimaru. Washer/Dryer in the Suite. Happy hour drinks downstairs for all (incl Sake). Exceptional front office staff!! Recommendations for restaurants

Cons:

No breakfast option and no gym (but knew this). Location not close to anything we came to visit but not far from anything either

A really enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Friendly reception and the rooms were comfortable. They were having a promotion during our stay; so we got to taste free sake during certain hours.

When we left, they wrote us a thank you card, which was a really nice gesture to end the stay. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Very cosy and convenient hotel to stay at Kyoto especially traveling with children
Pros:

Location is very close to the subway station, and the Fresco supermarket, Weica pharmacy, cafes are nearby. All staffs are very friendly and always smiles when we go out or return. Rooms are spacious and it’s ideal for children to stay. They also provide free high chair for our baby. Sakes and beers are also very nice to drink without extra charge. Very awesome experience to stay here and definitely we love to stay again.
