Happy / kind staff.
Impolite noise guests.
food fine, well cooked
I prefer to have tea with my breakfast from a teapot, rather than a machine.
Hospitality shown at The King’s Court is second to none. We have stayed here on many occasions and we have always found everything to be first class. The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is perfect with plenty of choice and the staff are very helpful and polite. We intend to visit again in July and have no doubt that our experience will be exceptional.
The location near to Alcester. Large comfortable rooms.
Nothing, although was a bit surprised at the hike in prices. Would prefer a continental breakfast option.
Good location, good car parking
Breakfast was a buffet with cooked items kept warm, some items not warm some dried out
Staff were lovely. Hotel is getting better. Towels were so soft, fluffy and of good size.
Carpet in bedroom could do with a clean.
The staff were friendly and very courteous.
The room wasn’t very clean. Cobwebs on the ceiling, dead blue bottle on the carpet. The carpets were stained and the walls were scuffed. It was very tired. The smell from the bathroom was intense bleach. It was clean but the smell was overpowering.
Facilities and staff were very good
There was a very loud music at the property which I was told will not be heard in my room, while it was true for another 20 minutes, the party music noise become louder and louder, which did not end maybe around midnight
Lovely room, cosy with everything we needed.
Nothing we didn’t like.
Schimmel im Bad, dreckiger Teppichboden, Wasser tropfen von der Zimmerdecke, sehr kleines Fenster im Zimmer, das Zimmer sollte dringend renoviert werden.
Everything but the coffee.
