Location was great just few min walk from royal mile great service and delicious breakfast

Un día llegamos a las 16:30 a la habitación para descansar un rato y no estaba hecha. Nos quedamos ese dia sin que la hicieran.
The staff were very pleasant. They seemed genuinely happy in their work and were exceedingly helpful. The room was large and the location was great. The hotel was also very quiet.

Easy location to explore the city and near to Waverley Station. Big choice of restaurants within a short walk.
Wifi did not work in the room, even if we paid for an upgrade. Step outside the room, into the corridor and it worked. We were told it was user error, that they hadn't had this before. But there are reviews describing the same thing?
On the last day there was a knock at the door just before 11am (checkout was 12pm). We were asked what time we were leaving.
The hot water wasn't working in the pool area on the first day, but nobody told us.
Towels and bed sheet were frayed. Despite hanging towels up to re-use, they were changed.

La chambre était spacieuse, avec vu sur l’une des falaises de Holyrood Park.
La salle de bain était nickel ! La douche était top.
Le service nettoyage passait tous les jours, c’était agréable.
Le lit était grand et confortable.
L’accès à la piscine et au sauna était bien, c’était propre. (L’eau manquait d’être un peu chauffée quand même, mais ça restait supportable).
Le restaurant de l’hôtel était bien.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel était bien (aux pieds d’Holyrood Park et à 5 min de palais d’Holyrood). Il faut tout de même prévoir un peu de marche pour rejoindre le centre (environ une vingtaine de minutes).
Il y a une petite supérette à 2 min de l’hôtel qui était bien pratique.
En soit tout était bien, rien à signaler.
Juste peut-être prévoir des bouchons d’oreille pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, mais ça restait correct. Les personnes étaient respectueuses et ne faisaient quasiment aucun bruit.
Great location just off the royal mile nice and quiet
Only criticism was first night meal in hotel, waited 45mins for food after two of 5 items ran out of? How you run out of risotto rice and beef for the burgers(assuming fresh that is) when there is a tesco 300yrds away. Other than that would stay again.
The staff were all very friendly and informative. Rooms were so clean and we had the best sleep ever. Spa, gym and pool were all very clean and easy to use. The location was perfect and parking was stress free! Thank you for a perfect stay!
Nothing at all, sad we didn't try the restaurant but had other commitments, maybe next time!
La camera ampia e pulita con letto comodo e doccia potente, la posizione è tranquilla ma vicino al centro. La colazione è abbondante e molto varia. Il personale è molto gentile. Non abbiamo provato i servizi della piscina e della spa per mancanza di tempo.
