Pros:

-Very fast and easy check in. (Highly recommend to do the pre-check in so you only have to scan the QR code)
-Pretty much everything you need is there, even a vacuum packaging machine to save space on your luggage (cash only)
-Not the hottest location for activities but you're less than 5 minutes away from the Yamanote line and the Monorail to Haneda airport.
-Disinfection cabinet included in the room (cabinet and its instructions were only in Japanese)
-Nice view from the window, at least in my room.

Cons:

-Mattress was very much not comfortable at all. Very thin and hard.
-Some instructions were not very clear. One of them led me to believe I had to drop my luggage at the luggage storage, only to get there and read it's only for check in and out days. Or you were supposed to tap your room card in the elevator but not sure what it accomplished as I could use it without doing that.

Good location next to Hamamatsucho Station
Pros:

Very convenient location right next to Hamamatsucho Station where the JR lines and Tokyo Monorail to Haneda Airport are easily accessible. Check-in was easy. Room was cosy and comfortable although on the smaller side.

Cons:

Room was on the smaller side and there was limited luggage storage space under the bed.

Nice hotel to stay for the "robot" check-in experience.

Very clean bedroom and bathroom.

Cons:

No cool air conditioning during February while the heating system was too warm. Had to open the window to allow cool fresh air.

Location, location and comfort. Great stay.
Pros:

The room was small but it was clean and comfortable. The highlight of this hotel is its location and good price. Easy to access monorail from airport and the Tokyo rail system. Due to its central location heading north, east, south or west is easy.

Around the hotel are a good selection of bars and restaurants, all in a few minutes walk.

The robot staff are fun too

Cons:

Nothing to dislike here.

Pros:

受験で会場に近いため利用させていただきました。電気スタンドもお借りできて本当に助かりました。コインロッカー等備品の説明も事前に明示されていて助かりました。荷物の心配はストレスになるので、こういった情報が事前に電話問い合わせなしで得られるのはとても参考になります。

過不足なく良かったです。
