Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione , tranquilla ma viva, e con metro e yamanote attaccate . Molto konbini nelle vicinanze . La struttura offre anche l ombrello in prestito. Ci e' piaciuta la colazione . Facile check in. Comodo poter lasciare i bagagli al piano 2 prima o dopo il check

Letto piccolo duro e scomodo . Prezzo della stanza un po' alto . Avevo aspettative più alte

Pros:

La chambre, pratique et confortable pour une personne, petite mais normal pour Tokyo. Emplacement pratique pour retourner à l'aeroport de Haneda, et situé pas très loin de la Tokyo tower.

Cons:

Pas de personnel puisque l'accueil se fait par des robots qui... ne marchaient pas. C'est donc un self check-in sur écran.

業務でのイライラをぶつけられた気がしました。
Pros:

清掃が行き届いていて清潔でした

Cons:

ホテル裏の通りで喫煙していた所
当ホテルのスタッフにめちゃくちゃ怒られました。
ホテル内禁煙は存じておりましたが
路上喫煙禁止なのか、近くの喫煙所は何処なのかというような情報を頂けると、お互い気分悪くなるような事は無いと思われます。
喫煙している僕にも非があるのかも知れませんが
そもそも路上喫煙禁止箇所なのかどうなのかも分かりません
注意するにも言い方があると思います。
僕も気をつけますので
愛煙家に対する情報提供していただけると大変助かります。

Pros:

Conveniently located close to Hammamatsucho Train station and Tokyo Monorail. Small , clean rooms . Easy check on & out procedures . Great laindry machines in rooms .

Pros:

The breakfast is AMAZING! The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to several metro stops. While the rooms were small (as they typically are in Tokyo) it was still very comfortable. Great place to stay and get to after landing at Narita airport

Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel close to Hamamatsucho station which meant I could transfer to the airport with ease. Around the area, I found lots of restaurants, convenience stores, karaoke bars which was a bonus. On my last day in Japan, it was easy to get to Tokyo Tower - an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel.
