Hotel Front Desk Team is AWESOME!
Pros:

The staff is very attentive and helpful. My party had a lot of inquiries at the front desk. The staff was very patient and understanding all throughout the stay.

I would stay here again, when visiting, next time.

Para no volver a este hotel...
Cons:

Reserve una habitación con 1 cama extra grande como lo detalla al momento de la reserva, resultan ser 2 camas individuales juntas, nisiquiera el edredón era 1 solo si no que eran 2 pequeños sobre puestos, en recepción me comentan que "es lo que tienen" que no existen edredones grandes ni camas grandes en el hotel, por lo que mienten en lo que detallan en booking.
El hotel en gran parte, huele mucho a cigarro, sobre todo en los pasillos y ascensores, se supone que son habitaciones libres de humo pero apesta.
El desayuno es lo único decente del hotel la verdad, y hasta ahí no mas, sinceramente no volvería a quedarme aqui, existen muchas opciones mejores alrededor.
Además en los dias de limpieza me encontré con que no habian realizado mi habitación teniendo que esperar media hora mas en el comedor por que ellos al parecer lo habían olvidado. Por cierto la "limpieza" es estirar la cama y cambiar toallas solamente.
