El confort de la cama y la ubicación, bastante cerca del centro andando.
A la habitación le falta una luz indirecta y el desayuno es mejorable.
El desayuno es bueno y completo y el trato de la señora de la cocina es excelente y la sazón muy buena, muy temprano ya está listo el desayuno, cosa que ayuda mucho si salimos tempano del hotel para los viajes cortos

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
We have booked a room in this hotel at around 3pm and arrived there at 9pm. The receptionist informed us that our room was occupied by somebody else as our revervation was a not guaranteed reservation. So we asked to be placed in another room, as we were exhausted after the whole day traveling. He said that there were no rooms available. In the meantime, once we were there, on booking.com they were selling free rooms in their hotel for that night. We complained about that saying that they should not sell rooms if they have no vacancies. The receptionist was very hesitant and didn’t try to solve this issue in any way. We had to go through a stressful experience and eventually book another hotel at the late hour.

A la perosna de recepción le comente que llevavav a mis papas de la 3ra edad y sin pedirlo nos acomodo en una habitación de la primera planta se menhizo un detalle muy atento de su parte muy humano

Chambre super moche, très froide et très bruyante, pas du tout agréable. Aucune déco, . Le carrelage est cassé. La désolation la plus totale. Manque de serviette. L'eau chaude sans pression fonctionne par intermittence. 1er soir douche froide.

La programación de la televisión, faltaron canales usuales de deportes. Los programas de comedia, etc., son muy viejos.

Buena relacion calidad precio, staff amable, champú embotellado, café 24h, solo eviter habitación que da en la calle, no está aislada.
Muy buena para el descanso, aislada de ruido. Con los servicios básicos, agua caliente, fresca, clima, internet,, lo que realmente se necesita. El personal muy amable y servicial en todo momento.
Me tocó en una habitación con ventana a la calle principal y había ruido en exceso parecía que dormí en la banqueta, pedí un cambio y me dieron la habitación de arriba ósea con la misma ventana hacia la calle y se escuchaba igual el ruido en exceso lo cual fue muy difícil dormir bien tanto en la noche y el la mañana 6:00 am ya había mucho ruido
Fue muy ruidosa la habitación que me dieron.,pedí cambio y me dijeron una muy parecida solo en planta alta, con ventana a la calle principal y había mucho ruido de tráfico toda la noche no pude dormir y desperté muy temprano por el ruido de la calle, literalmente parece que dormía en la banqueta
Es un lugar tranquilo y cercano a todos los atractivos.
