it was unaccepted the room very dirty they told us they would give the baby a bed but they didn’t have it so the baby have to sleep on the floor when he’s so dirty I have a picture and I can show. I really need more money back.
Pool, sauna
Sticky stair case hand rail, leadin to rooms urgh.. When eating in the bar, being handed missing fork by the eating part of the fork, who knows where his hsnds had been. Urgh...Actually the whole bar area was poor, doors open with tobacco smoke pouring in. Tables and chairs look like something from a greasy spoon cafe.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Good facilities especially the pool and spa area. Excellent breakfast. Our room was spacious and well decorated with a good view of the golf course. Hotel was quiet.
Sometimes it is difficult to find a parking space at the front of the hotel but no problems in the golfers car park which is slightly further away.

There was no fridge or tooth brush or paste. No socket close to bed and the fan connection was stressful .
Family friendly hotel
Had a lovely member of staff in the bar on the Sunday evening so helpful and went out her way to help.
We loved the private and safe location with on-site parking, a golf course and spa facilities. The rooms were clean and a good size with everything we needed.
Nice room, the most comfy and enormous bed, the bathroom was clean and spacious with ample towels, all staff we came into contact with were lovely, smiley and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the ladies who looked after everyone during breakfast worked really hard and were so friendly, plenty of parking available, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, plenty of wardrobe space.

Restaurant- generally food was good.
Facilities car parking, excellent leisure facilities with poor access time for guest at the hotel. Opening hours design to discourage guest. Hence, not many guest at the hotel use it. I would have to consider different location next time.
