Very good - hotel was great
Pros:

Location is great - at the center of Sofia. Very close to the metro station

Cons:

Laundry service was quite pricey, casing us not to use it although we need some laundry done

The location is graet how ever there it was noisy during the night , The wi fi is great and so is the tv and general facilityc in the room

Cons:

The breakfest is very poor anr pricy , the noise during the day , it was veryh hot in the room even after we opened the windows

Pros:

My room was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout my stay.
The location is also very central, making it easy to explore the city and get around without any hassle.
I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

The staff showed no concern about my complaint regarding the noise, and as a result, I will not be visiting this hotel
Pros:

Convenient location for the purpose of our visit in Sofia

Cons:

There is a nightclub located at the base of the hotel and as we were accommodated on the first floor, the bass from the music was extremely disturbing and unbearable. We had to wait until they close so that we can fall asleep. Complaining to the reception staff had absolutely no effect

Pros:

Location was excellent. A lot of reviews are stating the breakfast is basic. It's a lot more than basic, it has a wide variety.
Room was very spacious. Staff were very nice and helpful.
