Pros:

Great location, easy access to Melbourne. Room was decent size and perfect for our family of three. Had all the amenities we required for little one. Bed was comfy and staff had cot all ready to go which was helpful.

Cons:

Room needed another clean. Dirty socks that weren’t ours left in the washing machine. There was quite a bit of noise with the recycling station downstairs being emptied each morning.

People in the corridor yelling and running up and down. This happened early hours in the morning.
Not the hotels fault. Some people are not courteous enough to be quiet in hallways.

Everything you need for a long weekend away!
Pros:

Self-contained, perfect location, highly accessible to adjacent and ground level retail and dining precinct, public transportation.

Quality accomodation.

Very comfortable, well equipped and quiet environment. Affordable!

Cons:

Second time we are staying at Nesuto, though we had booked for 3 people 2Adults + 1Child, the hotel provided only two towels, after calling the reception multiple times, we finally got the extra towel. Receptionist sounded bit disinterested and annoyed, which we didn’t expect, and asking for an extra towel seemed to be a big mistake.

Amenities like Soap Shampoo and Conditioner were inadequate, only a small sample size tubes were provided and no room service to replenish, so had to buy ourselves.

Apart from that it was a pleasant stay
