The apartment is really well located, in the docklands, with several restaurants and shops in walking distance and a supermarket next door. It's also in the free tram zone, so it's really easy to get to the CBD and major attractions. The bed was confortable and the bathroom clean and with a nice shower. There is a gym if you want to stretch or workout! We had a delayed flight and they were really flexible with the check in.
We had to buy basic things to cook like olive oil and condiments and also a sponge and detergent to do the dishes.

My only note was there was sometimes an odour in the hallways but I think that was from trash bags being left in the hallway.

blinds in main bedroom were out of their tracks lucky its my profession and I fixed them for you.

Lo mejor de Nesuto es la ubicacion, cerca del tram y supermercado, el barrio es tranquilo y lindo para caminar. El personal super amable, siempre respondieron a mis consultas.
La limpieza dejo mucho que desear al igual que el equipamiento del departamento. Para alojarse un fin de semana es acorde a lo que se puede esperar, pero si son mas dias como fue mi caso, no lo recomiento.
Los "apartamentos" estan poco equipados, solo cuentan con anafe y microondas, ademas que faltan utensilios para la cocina (no habia ni siquiera ollas) y hasta tuve que pedir tenedores ya que solo habia uno. Respecto a la limpieza deja mucho que desear, si se consideran apartamentos de alta categoria no deberian estar en el estado en que se encuentran. Me hospede una semana y en toda mi estadia solo me ofrecieron un dia de limpieza, el cual coordinamos el dia que realice el check in, el dia elegido fue el sabado bien temprano por lo que aproveche a salir bien temprano ese dia a recorrer la ciudad, a nuestro regreso a las 16 horas, aun no habian realizado la limpieza de la habitacion por lo que tuve que hacer el reclamo en recepcion, me comentaron que estaban atrasados y lo iban a tratar de solucionar. Me parecio todo bastante desorganizado, aunque destaco la atencion del staff que trataron de solucionar el problema cuanto antes.
