Fantastic hotel and loved our stay, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable, great shower
Gym facilities excellent, equipment clean and contemporary with drinks and fruit available.
Pool, spa, sauna all fantastic
Breakfast with good array of options, buffet vs a'la carte
Beautiful building and artwork, interesting sculpture in the lobby
Cocktails in the bar are worth a try overlooking the city and mountains

Très belle adresse et lieu à Zurich
Pros:

Très bel endroit et décor (collection d'art contemporain) intéressant. Excellent concierge.
Geste commercial du fait du problème rencontré dans la chambre.

Cons:

Problème -non résolu- pour avoir de l'eau chaude alors que nous étions dans la partie moderne de l'hôtel.
file d'attente pour le petit déjeuner et temps d'attente pour obtenir une tasse de café...

Kurzaufenthalt als Timeout
Pros:

Das Personal übertrifft auf jeder Stufe alles was wir bis jetzt gesehen haben. Sehr emphatisch, aufmerksam und wohlwollend. Danke herzlich! Das Frühstück (besser Brunch) ist phänomenal!

Cons:

Das Wasser im SPA-Bereich (grosses Becken und Sprudelabteilung, auch outdoor) dürfte für unseren Geschmack etwas wärmer sein. Aber das ist wirklich alles.
