Pros:

Wir hatten Kleinigkeiten moniert gehabt, als wir gefragt wurden, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Danach wurde der Head of Duty Manager, Herr Kossek gerufen und wir konnten unsere Anliegen deponieren und wurden ernst genommen.
