Very relaxing experience to finish out stay in Zurich
Pros:

We finish our stay in Zurich in this hotel and it was the best choice possible to relax. Amazing room, very spacious with an incredible view. All the facilities were comfortable and very well decorated. The gym is really big and complete. The restaurants are very good, even though a bit overpriced, specially for drinking. The breakfast is outstanding with many options and very good food, very different from other hotels in Zurich.

Cons:

In the restaurant I ordered for a dish that they didn’t have it anymore. They took some time to let me know and when I ordered for another thing it came wrong. Very sad for an expensive and well rated restaurant. Also, children are not allowed in the swimming pool and my husband and I couldn’t enjoy the pool because of our 6 month son. The swimming pool allowed for children is very far and outside of the property. The hotel’s location is not good, very far from everything. If the idea is to enjoy the hotel and relaxing it is a good choice, otherwise you will take a lot of time and logistics to explore Zurich.

Schade - das Essen jedoch hervorragend

Grosses Zimmer u. schöne Sicht ins Grüne.

Angestellte in der Bar sind sehr freundlich u. guter Service

Am Morgen freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Abends eine einzige Katastrophe! Unfreundlich und belehrend. Das Brot haben wir nach 1 Std. Wartezeit erhalten. Die Weinflasche wurde nicht gezeigt. Und beim Bezahlen zeigte sich die Dame überrascht, dass wir Hotelgäste waren.
Schade für die hervorragende Küche!!
Solch schlechten Service haben wir in den vielen besuchten 5* Hotels noch nie erlebt.
Und ein späteres Check out um 13.00 Uhr war auch nicht möglich. Im Flur haben wir um die Mittagszeit aber kein einziges Zimmermädchen gesehen. .

Es war traumhaft

…vor allem wusste man im Detail das ich vor 11 Jahren zuletzt dort war und ein besonderes Datum in den Aufenthalt fällt und ein sehr großzügiges Upgrade erfolgt ist…. First Class !!!

Eine tolle Auszeit für ein Wochenende mit schönem Spa.
Pros:

Die Lage ist am Zürichberg und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf Zürich und den See. Sehr ruhig, sehr tolles Frühstück, liebevoll gemacht auf der herrlichen Terrasse.

Cons:

Nachtessen war der Service nicht so toll, obwohl das Personal freundlich ist.
Die Portionen sind doch sehr klein für den Preis..... nicht so grosszügig!
