Perfect place to stay,especially if your first time in Tokyo
Pros:

Everything! This was my first night in Japan and its a great location! Just a few mins walk from the main streets where you can shop and eat, but tucked away just behind the business so had a great sleep. All amenities that you need were included. Very clean (apart from a bit of dust gathered in between the wooden panels near the wall)
Staff were friendly

Cons:

Just needs a hoover once a week behind the wooden panels

eh it was fine. easy to check in. not much else to like to be honest

Cons:

the listing said there was a sauna. there wasnt. the wall in the room was nasty like had a weird leak or something. beds were whatever, felt like a sex hotel maybe? didn't feel super clean. weird bathroom. generally would never go back

Great hotel central location!
Pros:

It was a great location close to everything. Lawson,7-11 and family
Mart within 2 minutes. Lots of food options very close

Cons:

Could get a little noisy very early in the morning with all the partiers. Just need to keep the windows shut

Great location
Pros:

The foyer was so small, just walk in and straight up the lifts to your floor which was great after a busy day. The location was fabulous. So close to the busy shopping precinct and to the small bars and restaurants

Cons:

The restaurant seemed to be hardly ever open. We never saw it open at all
