Great location but small room.
Pros:

Great location, close to the train station and main area of Shibuya.

Cons:

Room was smaller than i imagined, even with knowing that rooms are small in Japan. With two of us sharing the room we really had barely any room to move around.

Positioning was great but the facilities were not cleaned properly, stunk like urine and staff didn’t attend to it after

Cons:

The shower/toilet facility within the room has glass walls.
The toilet inside stunk like stale urine. I asked the staff downstairs straight away about the bad smell, they said they would attend to it while we were out grabbing dinner but nothing was done for the time we stayed. Only stayed one night before we moved on.

Was close to everything and convenient

Cons:

No hot water in showers for 2/3 nights we were there. Had another couple have a used condom be found underneath their bed sheets

Staff was nice.

Cons:

The rooms were far too small. The bathroom was basically a glass box with curtains so anyone outside could peer in. The rooms were pretty dirty when we came in. There was dust collected in the corners of the room the toilet in spots had stains. The 1 out of the 2 elevators had a strong sewage smell. The view from our room was basically the face of another building and above the vents for a ramen restaurant. So when youd open the window youd get strong pork odors. The hotel also pins up against a club so in the halls you can hear loud club music all night.
