Hallo,
Meine Frau wurde im Hotel beim Frühstück bestohlen,keine Hilfe der Hotelmitarbeiter erhalten weder keine Ansicht der Kamerabilder erhalten. Keine Security vor Ort und haben uns vom Hotel im Stich gelassen gefühlt! Unvorstellbar wie fremde Menschen,die nicht zum Hotel gehören Eintritt bekommen. Anzeige erstattet bei der Polizei und das Hotel hat überhaupt keine Einsicht gezeigt uns in jeglicher Art zu helfen. Sehr sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel und vom Personal. 5000€ Bargeld meiner Frau gestohlen und jegliche Ausweise und Kreditkarten. Vor Ort bei Abreise wurde uns versichert,dass man uns in den darauffolgenden Tagen kontaktiert bzgl. Der Anzeige und uns mit dem Verlust der Wertgegenstände entgegenkommen da meine Frau im Hotel selbst bestohlen wurde doch auch bis heute noch keine Rückmeldung weder Erstattung erhalten. Sehr sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel,soviel Geld für den Aufenthalt investiert und 0 Sicherheit im Hotel.

Pros:

La posizione è comoda in quanto è vicino ad una stazione metro, la finestra della stanza situata al 5° piano offriva una vista parziale della torre eiffel, parziale in quanto la parte bassa è coperta da altri edifici. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la cura per gli ospiti, offrire del gel defaticante al rientro dopo una lunga giornata a spasso per le vie di Parigi è stata una piacevole sorpresa; i pasticcini offerti mentre attendi l'ascensore mostra quanto ci tengano a coccolare l'ospite.
