Nein, damit bin ich nicht einverstanden. Ich werde die Angelegenheit nun einem Anwalt übergeben und rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Wir haben keine einzige Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht. Uns wurde ausdrücklich zugesagt, dass der vollständige Betrag zurücküberwiesen wird. Eine lediglich teilweise Rückerstattung akzeptiere ich daher nicht.

Gerade auch im Hinblick darauf, dass ich bereits zahlreiche Buchungen über Sie durchgeführt habe, bin ich von diesem Umgang mit der Angelegenheit sehr enttäuscht.

Sollte der vollständige Betrag nicht wie zugesagt zurückerstattet werden, werde ich die Forderung über meine Rechtsschutzversicherung anwaltlich geltend machen und gegebenenfalls einklagen.

It was a comfortable stay in this hotel Le Parisis, highly recommended.
Pros:

We were touched by the hotel’s warm welcome with some macaroons and a personalized hand written welcome note in a table with the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower by the window. The room is clean with a comfortable bed and the staff is pleasantly nice.

Cons:

Breakfast is fine but the same everyday.
