Really lovely location but a little disappointing as could have been really great.
Pros:

The location was great, we had a lovely big room at the front of the house.

Cons:

The noise from a club a few doors down on the opposite side of the road which kept me up until the early hours with people screeching and shouting.
The dining area for breakfast was very cramped you could hardly get your chair out to sit down. I had to wait 30 minutes for a cooked breakfast which was difficult as I was on a business trip and it made me late. When the breakfast came it was good but really disappointing bread used for toast, cold and bendy, no butter give and no jams. The staff seemed overwhelmed but were doing their best. There was a group of children sat without parents at the table who were quite rowdy and jumping up and down all the time so hard on staff and guests.

Posizione ottima appena fuori la fermata di Swisse Cottage sulla Jubelee line, a 10 minuti da Westminister, praticamente perfetta, colazione oltre le aspettative, molto variegata e abbondante per ogni gusto, colazione sia continentale che inglese, hanno soddisfatto qualsiasi nostra richiesta, staff cordialissimo e disponibile e sempre pronto a darci informazioni utili su qualsiasi argomento, letto molto comodo, cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero, consigliatissimo.

Pros:

Everything. The layout of the room was a little different to the last time I stayed, but it still has nice old furniture and was so clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the location is excellent.

Nothing.

Pros:

Location was very good. Quiet street, just a quick bus ride from Camden.

Cons:

The shower head needs replacing so you can position the spray properly.
I don't like shower curtains.

Coming back.
Pros:

Upgraded to a very good large room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good bar.Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Parking is convenient but not cheap.

Excellent breakfast. Good for a one night stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.
The room had a separate sitting area which was nice although the sofa wasn't very comfy.
The second tv in the bedroom didn't work.

Cons:

It could do with an update - it's looking a little tired.
