Great location and a classy style.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the hotel common areas are cosy and have beautiful classical features. The location in north London

, 1 min from Swiss Cottage tube, 1 min from Hampstead Theatre, and lots of restaurants, shops and cafes on the Finchley Road was so handy.

Cons:

The bed was a bit firm for me.

Pros:

Really cheerful and friendly staff, felt very welcomed. Hotel was quiet and we were upgraded to a bigger room. Fantastic location. The furnishings are quirky and old fashioned, not the usual streamlined and soulless aesthetic of so many hotels. This was my second stay and I would definitely book again.

Super convenient hotel for performances at Hampstead Theatre.
Pros:

The location was excellent for a trip to see a play at the Hampstead Theatre - just a two-minute walk back to the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and comfortable for a night’s stay.

Cons:

Probably in need of refurbishment, but the lack of this is keeping the price down to something affordable for this part of London. I would definitely stay again for theatre performances.

La chambre à besoin d'une légère rénovation mais elle reste malgré tout agréable
Le lit est petit et un peu juste pour 2 personnes adultes mais cela ne nous à pas empêché de bien dormir

Just what we wished for and better.
Pros:

Clean very central but in nice quiet area. Staff were lovely very helpful and accommodating. Visited with my 16 year old nephew booked a single room for him and was upgraded to a double which he was very happy about. Breakfast was excellent with great service.

Cons:

Nothing apart from the bed was hard but think this is more about personal preference
