Pros:

Tout était parfait, le personnel était d’une gentillesse et d’une écoute irréprochable , le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié , juste le seul bémol a môn gout c’est le restaurant qui ne propose pas beaucoup de plats végétariens… chambre magnifique tout dans les petits details, la piscine est incroyable et la vue spectaculaire

Paradise and Winter Wonderland wrapped into one
Pros:

The scenery was outstanding, over-looking Lake Lucerne. We had a fall of snow the day before we arrived, which made it even more special!

Cons:

The cost of taxi's in SWitzerland was expensive, although by taking a train from Zurich Airport tro Lucerne, reduced the cost dramatically.

L'accueil et la nourriture étaient magnifique

Cons:

Le service au petit déjeuner était catastrophique, très long, pas de verre, pas de jus, on a du demander à plus de 4 x les mêmes choses et les commandes arrivaient fausses... vraiment dommage.

Absolutely everything what a place. What a hotel!!! it was amazing if you want to relax I can’t think of anywhere better

Cons:

Almost everything was exceptional only thing I would say is maybe upgrade the tvs and the infotainment system and the remote control for the tv this was the only thing I found to be dirty in the room it is one of the most common point of contact between guests get the cleaners to clean the remotes and maybe even put a disposable cover on them and replace them every time they clean as hands carry a lot of germs and dirt it’s all in the details as you guys know but other than that it was the best hotel I’ve stayed at.
