Pros:

Sessiz ve kahvaltısı güzeldi.Resepsiyon görevlileri erken gelmemize rağmen odaya aldılar.Yataklar rahattı.

Cons:

Tuvaletin kapısı ses yapıyordu.Hatta tuvalet kapağı sessiz değil( yavaş kapanan kapaklardan değildi.Odada 3 kişi kalınca bu anlattıklarım sorun oluyor tabiki )

Very pleasent- would definitely stay again, great location for exploring the city.
Pros:

Nice clean rooms with plenty of tea/coffee etc. Room was warm, but too too hot, bathroom was nice and clean and again with plenty of toiletries etc. Staff were very welcoming and gave some good advise about going into the city.

Cons:

At breakfast the room was extremely hot, and there was an issue with the music, so there were times when we were sat in silence with only the noise of other people eating- which was somewhat disconcerting- I guess this was a WiFi issue, as the receptionist had mentioned that it could be a bit patchy. The one other thing was the butter was a week past it's best before date (not use by date- so no food safety issue)- it may have been prudent to perhaps unwrap it and put it on a side plate so this wasn't seen? Car park entrance is tight if you have a big vehicle- but this was mentioned in the booking details!

Would stay again as staff, breakfast, dinner and location excellent
Pros:

Brilliant location, all the staff were excellent. Delicious breakfast and extremely good value

Cons:

Booked the small double and it is small! It was comfortable but not good value.
Paintwork in bathroom a little tired.
Dining area cold at dinner and breakfast
Had to ask for tea bags for room

Spoilt by lack of sleep
Pros:

The room was very clean and well presented.we had asked for a bath and a nice view and we got these requests.

Cons:

Unfortunately on the first night maintenance work was being carried out on the railway line below our room. This went on until 4am. When we asked the receptionist if the management where aware of this she didn't know and didn't apologise or offer some form of competition.

Wonderful hotel, lots of extra charges….
Pros:

I think paying premium price for superior room should include parking. It seems a little odd paying extra for parking AND sitting in the garden domes.

I’d stay again
Pros:

Second time here and still like it

Cons:

Room wasn’t very warm. Towel radiator in bathroom wasn’t working but they fixed it

No coat hooks, so inconvenient during wet weather. Room only just big enough, we paid for a small double.
