Lovely stay
Pros:

The breakfast was great - there were so many options! Also, the guest lounge was a good add-in for guests to relax. The staff were extremely lovely. The interior of the hotel was very luxurious. Location was great.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were very firm. Television only allowed mirroring which did not include any streaming services apart from YouTube. Wish the restaurant was also open for dinner.

最高ッ！
Pros:

全て良かったです！
京都駅から近く、電車やバス利用で観光しました。
疲れて帰って来ても、大浴場や部屋にバスタブがトイレと別なのでゆっくり過ごす事ができました。
そして、朝食の種類が豊富で子供も喜んでました。季節のタケノコご飯、とても美味しかったです。
廊下でスタッフの方とすれ違うと必ず皆さん挨拶をしてくれて、滞在中、本当に幸せな気持ちになれました。
ありがとうございました！

很棒
Pros:

地點絕佳，房間很舒適，每天整理很乾淨，住8樓邊間 從房間窗戶看出去景觀超好的，1樓休息區的飲品很好喝，回來可稍作休整再回房，很開心的住宿體驗，下次還會再回訪。

Pros:

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel proche de la gare, avec un personnel très gentil et professionnel, le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié, les chambres sont propres avec une bonne literie et pour couronner le tout un magnifique Onsen.
On y séjournera à nouveau pour notre prochain voyage à Kyoto

Great location for a long/short stay, friendly staff
Pros:

Location was 10/10. Right across from a shopping centre, and Aeon mall was just around the corner with groceries. Train station was less than 5min walk. Coin laundry also just a short walk away. Luggage rooms felt secure, and reception has luggage forwarding service. Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons:

Pillows werent great, but seems like a standard thing across japanese hotels. Otherwise happy with everything else!
