Great location!

久々良いホテルに泊まりました！
Pros:

駅に近く、チェックインまでの荷物保管もしっかりしていて、行動しやすかったです。

コーナーとかのサービスが嬉しかったです

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Location, it was very close to the Kyoto station, eateries and malls.

Cons:

We had prepaid for our 2 rooms for 4 persons through booking.com but was made to pay extra because the staff insisted we had only registered for 2 names. There was no negotiation and they did not even go check the booking record. After I disputed with booking.com and confirmed that the hotel had made a mistake only did a staff member ring late the next night to apologise and offer a refund. Staff at front desk were not friendly or helpful and not even willing to help with a restaurant booking and claimed they do not have a concierge.
