Pros:

The staff was amazing, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and tasty. Our room was on the top floor with the sea view and it was great to watch the sunrise every morning on our balcony.

Heaven on earth!!!
Pros:

From the moment you drive through the gates, this place just enchants. Marta greeted us and made us feel at home. Being right on the beach was beyond glorious - we would wake up and just watch the sunrise. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff were lovely and super helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Can’t fault a thing - it’s perfect!

Yes but...
Pros:

Great access to a very very large Long Beach. Nice sunrise, very clean hotel.

Cons:

The Beach Club next house playing techno music.. The bass are so loud that they're shaking the building... Fortunately it's not all the time

L’hôtel est fabuleux, cosy et intimiste. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et gentil, et la chambre 6 au 1er étage

Cons:

Hned vedle ubytování je taneční klub, pokud chcete odpočinout, tak nedoporučujeme, hlasitá hudba až do nočních hodin.
Při našem pobytu byli pláže plné vyplavených a zapáchajících chaluh, myslím si že pokud s tímto problémem nebudou něco co nejdříve dělat, tak to může být odrazující pro budoucí návštěvníky karibských pláží...

Underbara lata dagar på en fantastisk plats.
Pros:

Bra läge på den fantastiska stranden. Bra parkering. Härlig frukost, med olika val. Vi hade ett litet rum, men det hade ändå allt som vi behövde. Det som finns i kylskåpet ingår. Väldigt trevlig personal, som gjorde att man kände sig som hemma.

Cons:

Det ligger som beskrivs bredvid beach clubs, vilket kan uppfattas som störande, när de drar på musik på eftermiddagen. Men hotellet känns väldigt lugnt. Restaurangen stänger kl 19, så man kan inte äta middag, men det är inget problem för det finns många bra alternativ i närheten. Första dagen tog det lång tid att få mat, men det blev väldigt mycket bättre senare. Prisnivån i Tulum är hög.
