全体的には気に入っているホテルです。スタッフも親切。
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。
COEXにほぼ地下道だけでアクセスできるので真冬には助かります。

Cons:

ルームクリーニングの後、真冬なのに窓が開け放してあった。夜に戻り、カーテンがかかっていたので気付かなかったが、朝カーテンを開けて気付いた。
真冬のソウルで窓の閉め忘れは良くない。

GLADホテルは安定のホテル
Pros:

最寄りの地下鉄出口から近く、最寄り出口にはエスカレーターがあるのでキャリーを持っていても移動しやすかったです。カンナムやソンス等観光地にアクセスしやすいところだと思います。

Cons:

施設自体は悪くないです。駅が工事中なので封鎖してる出口もあります。近辺に出かける際は注意した方がいいかもしれません。

Clea, straight, easy. Business functional.
Pros:

Amazing position, side by side the Park Hyatt and 100 mt. from COEX. In the middle in Gangnam.

The room maid is always available for setting up your room whenever you wake up.

THIS IS A 3 STARS HOTEL. BOOKING IS SCAMMING SELLING IT AS 4 STARS.

Breakfast is something I’ve never seen before in my entire life of traveller. Wrong format, should be purchased there, paid in advance and you can just select from three choices. Moreover sometimes it’s fully booked. The breakfast room is a joke. Forget this nightmare experience, wake up 5 min before and go to Huynday Department at 60 mt. from the hotel. One of the best food hall ever. In case you wake up earlier you have everything inside coex. In che worst case the Park Hyatt has everything you may need paying for it.

Taille de la chambre, pas de sucre pour le café, pas de petite cuillère, dans ma chambre les toilettes automatiques ne marchait pas, les chambres sont libres à l’heure 15h pas un minute avant

搭機場巴士很方便 交通有點塞 馬路、地鐵目前正在施工 住宿體感還可以 門口就是地鐵出口（有電梯） 步行可到coex mall 現代百貨 奉恩寺 。 奉恩寺搭地鐵到奧林匹克公園看演唱會很快便利。
