Tout était parfait, très agréable séjour.
Pros:

L’accueil est parfait, précis et très sympathique.La chambre très confortable donnait sur le magnifique jardin ! Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car les températures étaient trop justes pour nous .L’établissement est très bien tenu, digne d’un grand hôtel !

Pros:

We absolutely love Tigaiga. Such a lovely hotel in prime location with a beautiful garden. The pool is beautiful. Extremely warm welcome as always. It's like coming home. Excellent service and assistance, always!! Comfortable room. Great design offering very good storage facilities and a very well designed bathroom. The beds may be rather hard for some. Superb housekeeping. Good breakfast though the dining room can become busy, uncomfortable and airless. We generally skip breakfast (which is good) unless we can eat outside. Our choice, others will see this differently. Similarly we prefer to dine a la carte or in one of the good restaurants in the city where we can dine later and at leisure. Short taxi ride. Tigaiga has always suited a mature, quieter clientele. Few or no children during most of our stays. This isn't a place for party people. Frankly we hope it stays that way.

Cons:

Crowded, airless breakfast room. Unfortunately, for us, most guests appear to prefer windows closed. We would welcome a room service (simple.coffee, fruit, patry) option or room only rate.

Gute Erholung und ausgezeichnete Lage für Stadt und Ausflüge.
Pros:

Sehr gutes traditionelles Frühstück (ev. auch mal Chia-Müsli, Smoothie etc. in Weck-Glas anbieten) hat uns super gefallen, äusserst freundliches Personal!

Wunderschöner Garten und herrliche Aussicht auf Puerto de la Cruz, wir haben diese Tage sehr genossen!

Pros:

L'hotel se trouve au sein d'un parc à la végétation luxuriante, au calme dans les hauteurs de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et les repas du soir sont agréables et variés.

Cons:

Les places de parking de l'hotel sont limitées. Le parking public à proximité est bien souvent saturé nous obligeant à chercher une place dans plusieurs rues.

Séjour à l'hôtel Tiguaiga
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs de Puerto de la Cruz. Le parc de l'hôtel est splendide. La vue sur le Teide est magnifique. Nous avons apprécié le parking de l'hôtel au coût de 8 Euros par jour car se garer dans les environs est quasi impossible.

Cons:

Le manque d'informations en français. Les clients de l'hôtel sont principalement des Allemands.

Excellent rapport qualité prix dans un hôtel au calme
Pros:

Hotel familial au calme absolu , très très bon rapport qualité/prix , idéal pour les randonneurs
Les points positifs :
🌸au cœur d’un magnifique jardin botanique
😴au calme, chambre très bien insonorisée . Vous pouvez demander un mini frigo sans supplément dans votre chambre qui n’est pas mis d’office
🍽️petit déjeuner très bien , pour les repas buffets de crudités et de fruits en complément d un menu à la carte au choix 2 souples , une entrée , au choix 2 plats , au choix 2 desserts , très bonne cuisine 🧑‍🍳
🫶 gentillesse et attention du personnel ( fruits dans la chambre , machine à café …, petit message d’attention le jour de votre départ sur votre table , table réservé pour les repas )
💦 petite piscine que nous n’avons pas testé mais qui a le mérite d’être chauffée à 25 degrés par panneaux solaires et complément de bâches à bulle la nuit
🅿️un conseil réservez le parking privé de l’hôtel au prix de 8€/jour car malgré un parking gratuit à proximité il est souvent fermé car réservé pour des événements qui se déroulent dans d’autres hôtels👨‍🦳 clientèle essentiellement âgée de plus de 50 ans , ne correspondra pas à une clientèle très jeune qui recherche un hôtel proposant des animations ou festifs

Weather did affect our stay this time However were able to rest and relaxin the hotel

Excellent every day something to look forward to Sadly the weather was disappointing affecting the wonderful views we have experienced on previous stays We just love the gardens

We were not very happy with the table d, hote On our last evening the main course of entrecôte with apple was not as discribed and we could not eat it However all the meals in the à la care restaurant were excellent
