Comfortable and nice staff
Pros:

Large clean and very comfortable room with balcony. Vera friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool. The environment is calm and acoustic insulation between rooms perfect. Room very well equipped (except for a fridge that would have been welcomed)

Cons:

20’ walk from downtown and not a flat one…parking fee not included (and no other choice, Tenerife is a nightmare to park your rental car... Expect to share the hotel with a huge majority of senior German guests (this is not a negative comment, just fact)

Excellent family run hotel in a quiet location
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the hotel provided a very early bookable continental breakfast if you had an early start(before7am). All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The gardens were beautiful and it felt very tranquil. The room was comfortable and we could even see the sea from our balcony.

Pros:

La propreté,l'amabilité du personnel, la chambre spacieuse, la piscine chauffée, le petit-déjeuner varié très bon, le buffet et menu varié demi-pension, le service à table stylé, la présentation soignée des assiettes.

Les desserts de qualité "industrielle".

Cons:

No cosy sitting area when weather cold. The included evening meal cooked fish dishes were poor quality. Fish was overcooked and flavourless.

Erholsame Tage auf Teneriffa in einem schönen liebevoll geführtem Hotel. 😎
Pros:

Sehr schönes und liebevolle geführtes Hotel mit ruhiger Lage im Taoro Park von Puerto de la Cruz. Das Hotelpersonal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei Problemen wird einem schnell geholfen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Es gibt noch ein sehr gutes a la Carte Restaurant im Hotel, welches auch sehr zu empfehlen ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ordentlich, ruhig und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den Teide und das Meer.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts et varié. Très bon. Rien à redire.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé au nord... donc avec de la pluie, même si jamais sur toute la journée. Reste la douceur du climat.
On aurait dû penser qu'en janvier c'était risqué !

Super Lage neben Park und eigenem Garten wie in einer grünen Oase; sehr gepflegte Anlage; Personal sehr freundlich (sprechen auch Deutsch); Essen vorzüglich, sowohl früh, als auch abends; große Auswahl; Zimmer ruhig, obwohl Hotel gut belegt war; Zentrum per Auto in 5 bis 8 Minuten erreichbar; Autobahnanschluß oberhalb in 5 Minuten, somit gut für Ausflüge gelegen

Ideales Wohlfühlhotel in schöner Hanglage von Puerto!
Pros:

Frühstück war prima. Service war sehr gut und persönlich. Uns hat vor allem die Lage sehr gut gefallen, mit 2 Parks vor der Haustür und einem schönen Blick auf Puerto und schräg zum Teide-Massiv.

Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, sauber, beheizter Pool, wunderschöne Gartenanlage. Babybett wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Gäste mehrheitlich 60+, womit es abends rasch ruhig ist. Lage etwas ausserhalb und erhöht.

Cons:

Fensterschiebetür liess sich nicht richtig schliessen. Farbtöne im Innern des Hotels etwas kühl, aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Pros:

Alles Bestens
Personal höflich (alle !!)
Frühstück perfekt

Cons:

Man sollte nur beachten, besonders ältere, um in die Stadt zu kommen sind 239 Stufen zu bewältigen. Runter geht ja evtl. noch, aber hoch ?????? Zum Glück snd Taxis günstig. Mit Tipp höchstens 6 Euro
