The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. Wonderful
Pros:

It was a quiet and central location. The suite was of a good size. The bed slept well. It was clean and had everything you could need for a short city trip.

Buona posizione e sistemazione pulita
Pros:

Collocato in buona posizione rispetto alla metropolitana e al centro cittadino, il miniappartamento è funzionale e abbastanza accogliente. Assai caldo, suppongo che in estate sia dotato di un impianto di condizionamento di cui non abbiamo avuto bisogno. Molto pulito e abbastanza luminoso. Il letto è cm. 135 per 190, quindi abbastanza piccolo rispetto allo standard italiano, ma il materasso è comodo. Ci sono un tavolino con due sedie, un microonde, un bollitore, una macchina per caffè (nespresso Vertuo), e le stoviglie indispensabili per due persone.

Cons:

Migliorabile la gestione dello spazio: servirebbero un supporto per le valigie e alcune mensole per sistemare gli oggetti sia in camera che in bagno. Sarebbe utile un attaccapanni per i cappotti, che, da un punto di vista igienico, collocati nell'armadio assieme ai capi puliti non sono il massimo.

Pros:

Location, close to bars and restaurants, bikes, metro, city centre - all in walking distance.
Very clean
Handy small kitchen
Easy access with codes and key locker.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn't work properly.
Hooks on the door would have been handy for a coat and scarf
Neighbor's easy to hear so you really need ear plugs; but then ok.

Great location and stylish stay, with a few small details that could be improved for an even better experience.
Pros:

I really liked the location — it’s very convenient and close to where I wanted to be. The entrance with the glass stairs and flooring creates a modern and stylish first impression. The room is well-suited for a short stay in London, with a nice compact kitchen and an overall pleasant design. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. I also appreciated the attention to art and interior details throughout the building, as well as how easy it was to find the room. The USB outlets were a great and practical addition.

Cons:

There are a few small areas that could be improved. The check-in instructions could be clearer, especially regarding how to open the door with the two locks, as this was a bit confusing upon arrival.

In terms of cleanliness, everything looked generally good, but there were a couple of details that could be refined — for example, I noticed a hair on one of the towels, and the placement of the TV remote on the bathrobes didn’t feel entirely hygienic.

The pillows seemed a bit worn and had a slight odor, which could be improved for a fresher sleeping experience.

Lastly, the chairs in the room felt slightly unstable and made some noise when sitting, so it might be worth checking them to ensure they feel secure and comfortable for guests.

Cons:

• The noise seeps through the walls and ceilings - you can hear everything from a toilet flushing, a person singing in the shower, to a conversation in another room, to the floor boards creaking every time someone walks around the room above you.
• Shower it tiny
• No cooking spices or salt or pepper provided
• No herbal tea bags
• Draws on desk side tables too small to fit anything in

Me gustó sobre todo que teníamos una cocina y un baño en la propia habitación, también era muy cómoda la casa y la localización era perfecta.
