The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.

Great location, very clean, all the facilities needed
the room was decent size and bright thanks to the big window. location is central so really good and check in was easy.
I guess the walls are really thin and you can literally hear every step the people in the apartments near u take, if you're a light sleeper that could be a problem.

The apartment was impecably clean, everything new and functional, had all appliances for 2. Good quality furniture, towels, even the bathroom floor is heated. Our room had 2 big Windows facing the street. A Tesco 1 block away is a plus. Excellent location to walk everywhere (if you like walking). Check in was easy, good space inside.
The bed is smaller than regular double (less than 1,40m) four us couple it was not confortable, but for 3 nights we managed. There was only one dish cloth, 2 forks, 2 of everything. No plastics to accomodate this in the fridge. The humanless contact is not very welcoming, i had some questions such as if we could arrive 2h or 1h earlier but the answer was always the same standard instructions. For us after a 24h trip, in the raining, it would be nice to have an answer. At the end we got in earlier by chance.
The bed and the space in the room, a lot of luminosity as well.
The water stream in the shower was too low

Great location, there were couple tube stations nearby, all amenities worked well, fast reaction from the staff if needed, the room was clean - really enjoyed my stay.
One morning fire alarm randomly went off in all of the building but all was good in the end and it was turned off in about 10 minutes by the staff. Also for two nights WiFi wasn't working.
