Pros:

Really nice rooms, with comfortable beds. Great location for Disney with the convenient free shuttle service. Opposite a large shopping centre and there’s also a minimart near reception.

Great value that will bring us back.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was amazing, including fresh squeezed OJ made while you watch. Food was fresh and delicious. Excellent value.

Great and convenient hotel location
Pros:

Convenience to supermarkets and malls beside. Everything around the hotel is connected through sky bridge, sheltered from the rain throughout. Shuttle service to disneyland resorts and parks was perfect but the frequency of the bus after 9pm (when the park closes) can be more frequent to accommodate more guests. Free amenities and drinks included at lobby.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not clear trash on a few nights or clean up the floor around the trash areas. Dustbin at the toilet was too small. Towels in the toilet was only topped up to x3 even when we indicated 3 adults, 2 kids staying in the room. Microwaves provided at Level 1 have food stench and stains, with no dustbin provided for throwing of the wipes for the microwave. Facilities look abit dated.

満足度の高い滞在
Pros:

駅から直結でアクセスがとても便利でした。ホテル内にコンビニもあり、ちょっとした買い物にも困らなかったのが良かったです。ホテルからディズニーへのシャトルバスが出ていて移動も楽でした。館内はとても綺麗で、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Pros:

Our family loved the lounge and complimentary snacks so much that we were always at the lounge whenever we got back to the hotel. It was relaxing and fun. The complimentary bus to Disneyland was very convenient and the malls around provided almost everything we need during our short stay. The rooms were comfortable and overall the kids enjoyed it and we were definitely consider staying here again the next time.

Disney shuttle is a game changer!
Pros:

Great location. The train station stop was right there, a mall 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, where we could shop and get a quick dinner/lunch.
The staff were so helpful and accommodating
Access to the shuttle to Disney is a game-changer and one of the main reasons why we stayed here
Bonus - the Welcome Lounge was an added bonus, with free drinks and snacks and a pancake machine the kids loved.
We would stay here again!

最高でした！
Pros:

3泊させていただきましたが部屋、ラウンジ、朝食、スタッフの対応からなにまですごく良かったです＾＾

ディズニーの疲れを癒すべく前泊しましたが無料のシャトルバスも出ていて、外国人もたくさんいましたがみなさんマナーも良かったので安心して過ごせました。

生後６ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れて行ったのですがベビーバスを貸していただけたり、なんとオムツまでアメニティコーナーにあり必要な分自由に部屋に持って行けるので本当にとても助かりました。

そしてシャワーヘッドもドライヤーもヘアアイロンもリファなので夜から朝までサラッサラでした！
これには高校生の娘も大喜びしていました♪

また絶対リピートしたいし、周りにもおすすめしたいです(^^)

Cons:

コインランドリーの乾燥機が少し弱いかな？
あと出来たら部屋のドアストッパーがあるとベビーカーなど出しやすかったです。
