Guests with pets must complete and sign the pet admission form and pay a fee of €25 per night /per pet and a caution of €100 per stay. Only cats or dogs, with until 10kg, are allowed. We can accommodate a maximum of 1 pet per Room/Suite, and it will only be accepted in our "Club rooms and Princess Suite".Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Casal provinciano, 70, médica e advogado, recebidos como vips num hotel de excelência!
Pros:

Edificio muito bonito e elegante, com decoração de bom gosto. Localização excepcional. Conforto do quarto, qualidade das roupas de cama e almofadas. Muito bom pequeno almoço. Pessoal muito educado e atencioso.

Cons:

Faz falta uma pega de segurança na cabine de duche que, de resto, é óptima.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber, tolles Frühstück! Lage nahe der Promenade am Fluss sehr gut. Ins Zentrum gelangt man gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder auch zu Fuß mit etwas Ausdauer.

Cons:

Es war ein klein wenig laut, wenn die nahegelegene Trambahn oder die Züge vorbeigefahren sind. Dafür hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Very beautiful hotel in a perfect location, in the near of Belém tower, with lots of nice restaurants. Staffs are always with smile, and helpful.

Weekend away
Pros:

The hotel was near to the Monastery which is the area we wanted to be so was an ideal location for us.
All the hotel staff were exceptional and very helpful especially Sophia on reception who helped us a few times with directions, nothing was too much trouble.
The bedroom was very big with a lovely bed and pillows with a large shower room and separate toilet room. Also a mini fridge which was good to keep milk in.
The bar area was lovely and had a nice outside area for when it was sunny.
We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on food.

Cons:

The fact that the Spa is not included in the price which was disappointing so we didn't use the facilities and paid quite a lot for the hotel.
There was no kettle in the room, even though there was a coffee machine but no milk sachets. When we asked for a kettle it was brought straight away without question.

Stilvolles Qualitätshotel mit historischem Charme in bester Lage mit tollem, freundlichen Service!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Sehr komfortabel und wertig eingerichtete Räume im gesamten Hotel. Sehr hohe, angenehme und ruhige Aufenthaltsqualität. Exzellente Lage, Straßenbahn nach Lissabon City vor der Tür, Tejo-Ufer in kurzer fussläufiger Distanz. Toller Terrassen- und Poolbereich sowie Spabereich. Großartiges Frühstücksangebot!

Cons:

Einige Extrakosten für den Spabereich. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Pros:

Cortesia e formação dos funcionários. Localização. Conforto de tudo. Pequeno-almoço excelente. Quartos grandes assim como os espaços comuns.

Cons:

O chuveiro não tem anti-derrapante o que pode ser perigoso. No chuveiro não há sítio para pendurar as toalhas sendo que o sítio mais perto é onde tem a sanita que fica noutra parte da casa de banho.
