Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Most of the staff was great.

Cons:

Poor lighting in the parking lot to get to the hotel. Needs a microwave to heat food we purchased on site. Needs more than 2 towels, wash clothes etc in the room if we book 4 days. Also extra toilet paper and Kleenex. Asked if I could checkout at 1:55 am because we had to leave at 3:00 am to get to the airport. Worker said no, went back at 3:00 am and she had a sign out to lunch 3:00-3:30 am.

Pros:

Safety, clean, luxurious, comfortable, private

Cons:

No parking valet, not easy to get luggage etc..to room. Expensive food options.

Unprofessional.
Pros:

Went to cash out chips and they absolutely refused to cash me out without ID. Had to call gaming to force them to cash the chips. 1 out of 5 rating for me.

Zero Customer Service
Pros:

The problem with River City is that somewhere along the line they completely eliminated customer service. On multiple occasions I've been told by frontline staff not to even waste my time with questions about the hard to redeem, deceptive promotional offers. If they can find any reason to deny fulfilling one of their promotions, they will. The "app" doesn't allow you to change your password without being at home and in front of a computer and the app has to be active for you to receive anything. Unless you are "hosted", in the top 5% of gambling losers, they simply don't even make a note about your concerns and they never get back to you. There are plenty of staff, but no one is empowered to do anything but smile.
