Décevant mais personnel à l’écoute
Pros:

Très bien placé
Personnel à l’écoute des difficultés
À savoir certaines chambres sont jolies d’autres sales et avec un mur devant la fenêtre

Cons:

Dans ma chambre mauvaises odeurs et moisissures un mur devant la fenêtre
Un lumière s’allume automatiquement dans la nuit quand on bouge dans son lit
Par contre il y a dans l’hôtel de jolies chambres propres avec vue sur un parc

Cons:

Our bathroom was not clean (!) and we had to clean it ourselves or wait till next morning. We got offered the only available room in the hotel which was in lower floor which we didn’t want. We did not get compensated for such an unfortunate event, which was rather disappointing. The next morning they cleaned our bathroom and room but overall it left us a bad impression.

Perfect location, cozy and practical – I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

For me, the location was perfect for exploring Seoul. It was very convenient for all the activities and places I wanted to visit, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was very efficiently designed while still feeling cozy and comfortable. I also really appreciated the practical amenities, especially the laundry facilities, the convenience store and the 24/7 reception – all of which made the stay incredibly easy and convenient. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.

Ottima posizione ma soggiorno deludente
Pros:

Camera piccola negli standard asiatici. Bella la vista su seoul e comodo il supermercato proprio sotto l'hotel. La posizione ottima visitare a piedi Insadong e i palazzi imperiali.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e la camera non è mai stata pulita. Le lenzuola mai cambiate. Nonostante lasciavamo sulla porta la richiesta di pulire la camera, al massimo si sono limitati a cambiare gli asciugamani e lasciarci due bottigliette d'acqua. Onestamente per il prezzo della stanza non mi è sembrato un grande servizio. Non penso tornerei.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, clean, and comfortable! The complimentary discount with the spa on the lower floor was greatly appreciated and I had one of the best spa experiences of my life. The staff were incredibly kind and I left feeling amazing after such a long flight!

もっと長く滞在したかった！
Pros:

とても綺麗なお部屋で、窓も大きく開放感があった。
コンパクトながらクローゼットやソファがありとても快適に過ごせた。小さなことだがテレビの角度が動かせるのも良い。
ホテルの一階に綺麗なコンビニが入ってるのも嬉しい！
スタッフの対応も良かった。

Cons:

駅から少し歩く。(10分弱)
(でも安国やイクソンドンなどに歩いていけるエリアで魅力的)

Relaxed and convenient with everyone we needed.
Pros:

Clean, everything in good working order and location was very good. The toilet seat with all the heating, washing, drying options was great. Not something we have in UK.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite cramped but as we are quite small it worked fine.
