Clean hotel with lots of public transportation options, room just too tight for two people.
Pros:

Location was really great. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

Room was small for 2 people. The second person had to crawl over the bed to get into it. The area around the hotel was a food desert compared to other train stations in Tokyo area. Very little available for quick pick up and on the go eating.

快適でした。
Pros:

まずフロントの方の対応が良かったです。最終日にいた若い英語を話す女性は、今の若者…という感じであまり愛想がなく、感じはよくなかった。へやは清潔感あり、きちんと掃除されていました。シャワーのお湯が急に熱くなることがあったのでマイナス1です。お掃除してくださる方々も、すれ違う時は感じよく挨拶してくださって、　気持ちの良い滞在でした。また、1階のカフェがいつでも使えるのはとてもとてもありがたかったです。受験生の息子は集中できて助かっていました。また利用したいなと思いました。

Pros:

房間內附有微波爐、洗衣機，非常方便。
環境整理得很乾淨，大小不會到太小，整體跟官方照片一模一樣。
室內有桌椅可以享受食物，浴室也不會很擁擠。
附近交通蠻方便的，有地鐵泉岳寺站、JR高輪口，離品川站也不遠，到羽田跟成田可以從泉岳寺進去搭車。

Cons:

沒有附瓶裝水，也沒有飲水機，只有自動販賣機跟冰塊機。

I had an enjoyable first few days in Japan with the hotel.
Pros:

I like how the property is close to both the subway and Jr train station. The staff are great and welcoming. They helped me with my questions and my luggage forwarding.
