My wife and I stayed at Union Hotel Port during our trip to Istanbul, and overall it was a really good experience.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Nothing felt forced — just normal, nice people who were always ready to help if needed.
The room was clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Everything was in good condition, the bed was comfortable, and it was a nice place to rest after a long day walking around the city. The hotel itself also feels calm and well-organized, which makes the stay more comfortable.
The location is definitely a big plus. It’s very convenient — close to transport, within walking distance to Taksim and the waterfront, and easy to get around from there. At the same time, it’s not noisy, which we really appreciated.
There were also small things that made the stay nicer — like how everything was kept clean every day and how helpful the staff were with recommendations.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want a clean, comfortable place in a good location with friendly people. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Mi estancia en Union Hotel Port fue simplemente excelente
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, su staff. Desde mi llegada me hicieron sentir muy bienvenida; son personas extremadamente amables, cálidas y profesionales. Su trato hizo que la estancia fuera realmente especial.

Las habitaciones están impecables, todo es nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Las camas son muy cómodas y la zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad.
La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: cerca del paseo marítimo y muy bien conectada con el tranvía, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse por Estambul.

La relación calidad-precio es fantástica; siento que recibí más de lo que esperaba. Estoy muy agradecida por la experiencia y definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí!

Lage, Sauberkeit und Personal top
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut. Bus, Bahn und Fähre waren fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und kinderlieb.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Istanbul.

Pros:

Hoteli eshte i paster dhe sidomos komod per pozicionin qe ka. Stafi gjithashtu shume i disponushem dhe te sjellshem. Na keshilluan vendet me te mira per te ngrene dhe frekuentuar. Na dhane keshilla shume te mira per te levizur neper Stamboll. Cdo sugjerim i Sinanit, Samit dhe te tjereve ishte shume i vlefshem. Do te rikthehemi.

Lovely— also the staff is great
Pros:

Everything was great. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning is working fine, the bathroom was good — the hairdryer is working fine—- and honestly the hair and body soaps/conditioner smelled gread, loved them genuinely.

I haven’t had any bad experiences with the hotel. ——we tried to take a taxi when we came and money wise is not worth it at all—- i recommend taking the transportation the hotel offers (we took the return one and so far we got no complaints)

Didn’t take any pics, i only made a video but i see you cant post video on booking—-ill put some screenshots of it

Cons:

Cant complain about anything. Thinking about the price we paid… cant really complain for that amount. Every thing was great
